HOST HAS ONE DOG AND ONE CAT AT PROPERTY. .Adorable Country French Decor home professionally decorated.
Located in a quiet treelined neighborhood in Johnson Ranch, you will find this house comforting, peaceful and cozy with an open floor plan.
As you step into the backyard, there is a raised herb garden, beautifully landscaped with an assortment of fruit trees, artificial turf, large shade trees, backing up to a premier championship 18 hole golf course. There is a shaded and screened patio with a large dining set to accommodate up to 6 guests. Gas barbeque is also provided for your outdoor entertainment pleasure.
The interior of the house is tiled in the great room, kitchen, and the master which keeps the house cool in the summer. Gorgeous white planation shutters throughout the house, allowing plenty of natural light during the day. The master bedroom boasts a beautiful bay window with a sitting area. Sun screens are also on the master bedroom windows to provide privacy and to keep the room cool. There is a large walk in closet in the master with plenty of storage. The master has a rainfall shower/tub combination.
There are 2 additional bedrooms with a shared separate bathroom- shower/tub combination as well.
Full size eat-in kitchen with dishwasher. House comes with dishes/utensils and base pantry items such as flour, sugar, spices.
Relax in the large great room with a designer oversized fan to keep the room comfortable for casual evenings. For entertainment there is a wireless smart television, or you can choose to play a few board games.
Full size high end washer and dryer are available for use. There is an additional fridge in the garage, as well as ample parking for 2 cars (driveway).
Feel free to take a walk along the desert ravine or to many of the community parks which offer doggy stations, or take a dip in one of 3 refreshing community pools.

I have a real estate license, and have worked in this area for several years. I am the original owner of this home and have lived here since 2004. In my spare time I do volunteer work through my church, spend time with my daughters and grandkids, and travel.

A lot of loving care went into this single level home, with many upgrades over the years. This is an open floor plan, connecting the kitchen/eating areas with a great room for watching TV or relaxing in a comfortable seating area. It is in an ideal location with a view across the street in the front and backs to a golf course with a full view fence. There are many shrubs/vines in place to create extra privacy. The backyard faces east, so it is pleasant to sit on the back patio or yard with some protection from the sun. If you love gardens and big trees, then this house is for you, and creates a very tranquil space to sit outside and sip coffee or enjoy a book. There is a gas bar-be-que for those that enjoy outdoor grilling. The enclosed back yard is suitable for those traveling with their dogs as well.
