This is it - Look no further! 5 bedroom| 4 bath sleeps 12 with a heated pool | spa. 15 miles to the Las Vegas Strip and 10 miles to the airport this entertainer's dream offers a pool table, foosball table, PS4, Jenga, lifesize connect 4, cornhole & loads of table games for your entertainment. Fully stocked w/ plush towels, cotton sheets and over the top mattresses for your comfort. Head outdoors to the amazing backyard with a heated pool, heated spa, BBQ and dining area. This residence, located in a quiet neighborhood, will ensure you have an outstanding Vegas Vacation! Plenty of space to lounge around and loads of shopping within minutes of this amazing residence. Extra safety Pool features are available as we have child safety bracelets with a monitoring alarm, and a pool fence installed. Pack and Plays are available upon request.

HEATED SPA – This Spa is heated year-round for no additional charge.

HEATED POOL - This is a seasonal pool. Pool heating is available upon request for the months of October through March, subject to an additional daily charge. This request MUST be sent to the Host(s) no later than 72 hours prior to your arrival.

Nice property for a larger group. Plenty of activities to do at the home. The pool was a big hit. Good location. The owners are excellent communicators.

We had an amazing stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was perfect for our family, with plenty of space and a welcoming atmosphere. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and felt very safe, making it easy to relax and enjoy our trip. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a family-friendly place to stay!

Everything was wonderful the whole entire house, me and some ladies had a personal chef come cook for us. The pool was great, house was very nice. We really enjoyed ourselves. And we left the house exactly how it was. Thanks again.

We had a group of 8 including grandparents, parents and children. The house was large enough that we never felt crowded. The pool was delightful for both adults and children. The hosts quickly answered all of our concerns before and during our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

This home was booked for our annual sister’s getaway. Michelle was very responsive and helpful. We didn’t need to communicate much as the home was exceptional and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were well used and was clean. Michelle also had some treats for us when we arrived we a pleasant surprise. We would stay there again.

Great place for a Vegas vacay.

Overall great place, Spa and pool are excellent because of heat. Lots of room and ready access to the interstate. Would recommend to any traveler.

The pool and hot tub were great. We had use of a grill which we used for a couple meals. The hosts were available to answer any questions we had after we booked and after we arrived. We went into Vegas, toured Hoover Dam and Valley of Fire State Park - all within good driving distance. There were a couple things that did not match the original listing -no fire pit as shown on listing pictures and a queen bed was switched to a double with no notification. Other than that, I would recommend this property to others looking to book it.

We stayed at the home over the winter holiday. It was chilly, so we spent most time indoors playing the many games; we really enjoyed the pool table. Although the home had everything we needed, the home needs some TLC, particularly the kitchen and bathrooms. This is an instance where the home photographs better than it is.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Vrbo home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to make guests feel comfortable and welcome.The amenities including the pool equipped with all the goodies and play area were fantastic—everything we needed was available, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy living spaces perfect for relaxing after a long day.A big to the pack n play that was in the main bedroom, we forgot ours at home and that save us the day when we arrived. The location was also ideal, offering both convenience and a peaceful atmosphere.What really stood out was the attention to detail and the excellent communication from the host. They made sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone with kids looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. I’d definitely come back again!

The property was great! Very well kept house and amenities were wonderful. The hosts (Eddie & Michelle) were great and very accommodating throughout the entire process and stay. Would highly recommend the property.

Graduation week

My wife, four daughters, and I spent five days at this property and it was outstanding. Plenty of room with a great pool and spa, excellent location, nice neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Oasis

My group of 7 family members stayed here as a central location to explore so many places nearby. It was clean, well stocked and the owners were quick to respond to any questions I had. The layout of the house was great for adults to be able to chill after a long day exploring the desert or the strip. If we ever visit again I would pick this home for sure.
