Our vacation rental is located in downtown Sarasota with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms with a large living area with 20' ceilings and plenty of space to relax. Located one block from Main Street you can walk to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, movies and the bay front. The space was designed with relaxation in mind, with a zen-inspired vibe.

Consider our place your second home, as you visit one of the most beautiful cities in Florida.

Great Place....Great Location

We had a great stay Zen-Inspired House. Very Clean and Great Location. Only a few blocks from downtown and an easy drive to all the Sarasota sights. If you want to have fun in Sarasota, this is a fantastic place and location.

Now and ZEN ......Fun in the Sun in SRQ

This condo was exactly what we were looking for; clean and chic ...with a hint of cosmopolitan flair. The location was perfectly positioned for people who like a healthy walk to the vibrant Sarasota Downtown area. Assunta was terrific..as she not only owned the unit ..but also was very accessible since she had a salon downstairs the condo. We also loved the layout ...great open area. We can't wait to come back ......because every now and ZEN you need a place to relax and unwind. Jaime

Business

Place is the same as the pictures. No issues., clean and very nice.. Only a few blocks from restaurants. About a 1/3rd to 1/4 mile from is a larger area with hip restaurant and shopping. Can easily walk or Uber. We would stay again. Beach is about 15 minutes away.

A great property in a great location. A short walk to downtown Sarasota - never drove anywhere. Assunta and Rich - great hosts.

Great stay, wonderful hosts!

Our stay was wonderful. This house is impeccably clean, spacious, comfortable, stylish and conveniently located downtown near restaurants and shops. Assunta and Rich were terrific hosts and very responsive during our stay, making every effort to make us feel welcome and happy guests. We would definitely book this house again when we are next in Sarasota.

Home away from home

Overall experience was awesome. The house was very, very clean, with everything we needed....I give my overall experience was so wonderful and relaxing after a long day of camping. I would definitely recommend this location

Zen is exactly right.

My sister and I decided to fly to FL from DC for our father's 75th birthday. We are picky travelers. We were not disappointed with our stay. The home is tastefully decorated and very clean. The location is perfectly placed with a quick drive to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place!

This location is really stunning and really well put together! Really clean and amazingly well distributed, with lots of extra accessories that make your stay more comfortable! (Apple tv, google nest, etc) you feel as if you are staying at home! Really recomendable!!

We love Towles Court in downtown Sarasota. It is a small and quaint artist village with amazing restaurants and cool art studios. It's walking distance to Main Street, the Bay and quiet at night.
