Summary:
-You will find everything you wished for!!!
-Breathtaking views of Vail Mountain.
-Walk to the gondola and lifts of Lionshead, as well to all the restaurants and shops.
-Only two minute walk to Vail's free shuttle bus that takes you to Vail Village.
-Two exterior Jacuzzis, exterior swimming pool, and a sauna. Only 60 ft. from the apartment.
-Wood burning fireplace inside the apartment.
-Ski Locker by the Gondola (extra cost).
The Space:
-The apartment has great views of Vail Mountain and is walking distance from Lionshead gondola. You only have to cross the pedestrian bridge.
-Definitely don’t need to rent or have a car in this place.
-During the summer you can leave your bikes parked in the parking lot, in front of the apartment building; and during winter you can rent or store your skis, right by the gondola shops.
- The apartment is very close to Lionshead where you can find shops, great restaurants and two convenience stores.
-There is a bus stop in front of the apartment complex that takes you to the "City Market” or “Safeway” supermarkets.
-Crossing the pedestrian bridge, there is another bus stop, which will take you to another area of Vail that is called Vail Village, which is the downtown of Vail and is full of restaurants and shops. The bus is free in Vail.
-The apartment is also equipped with Amazon echoes on every room and the lights can be controlled by voice commands. It is an intelligent apartment.
-The apartment has been recently remodeled with hardwood floors. It is a very cozy apartment.

-The apartment has great common areas such as two Jacuzzis, sauna, and an outside swimming pool.
-There is a gas BBQ and grill in the terrace of the apartment.
-Terrace furniture and a gas heater lamp in the terrace.
-It has a laundry room inside the apartment, with washing and drying machine.

The Neighborhood:
The a apartment is very close to Lionshead where you can find stores, restaurants, gondola, ski shops, and the ice skating rink. There are also two convenience stores where you can find everything you need, from food, bathroom and laundry supplies, on the counter medicines etc.
There are great restaurants in the area. Everything is walking distance (1/2mile, 9 minute walk) from the pedestrian bridge.
Getting Around:
You can park you car for free in the main parking lot. You just have to get a permit from the manager.
Other Things to Note:
-It has a laundry room inside the apartment, with washing and drying machine.
-It is on a second floor and there is no elevator.
-We have fans in each of the rooms. No air conditioner.
-Ask us for the daily cleaning service of the apartment or the days you prefer. We have it with an extra cost.
-For stays longer than 7 days, our cleaning team will have to enter to do the cleaning and will be charged for it.
-During ski season, we have a Locker available at Lionshead with extra cost, to store ski equipment. (skis, boots, helmets, etc.) The locker has capacity to store from 3 to 4 skis. Also you have the option to store 2 pairs of boots overnight on the drier at the store. If you are interested, ask about availability after booking.
