The location is pretty unbeatable, amazing sunsets from the deck. Got to enjoy my morning coffee while watching the fish leap out of the water and the pelicans diving for their breakfast. Enjoyed the pool daily. Pure serenity!

John was a great host. Answered any questions that I had promptly and had great communication about everything. We came in right after a hurricane hit and he went above and beyond to make sure that everything was ready to go for us. We will definitely come back!

The place was incredible. Very spacious with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The pool was fantastic and John the host was always available and would respond back in minutes. Top Tier destination with top tier host. Would easily go back.

Extremely quiet and private location, this home has everything we need. The size, price and amenities are perfect for our family. This is our second visit and we plan to stay again next year!

We had an amazing family vacation! We have a 5 and 8 year old and they LOVED having the pool as an option to really swim in the water and the beach just steps away for sand play and hermit crab hunting! This is out 5th stay at the island and being on the bay side was really nice for the kids as there aren’t many waves and we never made it out to were the water was more than waist deep for the adults. Having the kayaks was also another fun adventure for the kids. We are from TN and do a lot of river canoeing, it was a treat to go out in a much bigger body of water. John was so great and very communicative!

Absolutely wonderful vacation! It was the perfect spot perfect spot for privacy on our own little beach. We saw so many sea creatures from hermit crabs, blue crabs, seeing stingrays and dolphins!

Perfect family getaway!

This property was fabulous for a small family gathering with the grandchildren. Great accommodations, clean, open and airy, and child friendly. Lots of activities such as the beach, kayaks, pool and the golf cart.

Great beach retreat

Had a wonderful experience renting from John, he is a fabulous host and his property is a beautiful, quiet beach retreat. Second year back and loved it just as much as the first!

This was the 3rd year coming back to this house for a family spring break. As usual, everything was clean and in great working order. The kids love the pool, we also fish off the beach in front of the house and explore the canals and shorelines with the kayaks. The golf cart is great to get around the the island. John is an awesome host and always responds quickly if we have any questions. We would love to come back next year!

This house is absolutely amazing! Being right next to the water was really nice. Plenty of room, great big, clean kitchen, and amazing laundry room. Having the kayaks there was so great for the kids. The porch on top was stunning. Every evening we went there and watched the most amazing sunsets. And renting the golf cart was icing on the cake. And having the gulf side within walking distance was great. John was so easy to talk to and get in touch when needed. I can't wait to go back to this place.
