Very modern home with a lots to offer such as a theater, outdoor barbecue, full kitchen, fire pit, pool, billiards, steam room, streaming TV’s , fireplaces, and much more. 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths with a very nice outdoor pool and casita which also has a full barbecue and fire pit. Each bedroom comes with its own full bathroom and each is away from the others which gives more privacy to couples. The living room and second master bedroom each have their own fireplace for those cozy nights. The master bath comes with a double shower which also doubles as a steam shower/bath for after that hard workout or just to clear the pores. The kitchen, dining room, family room and master bedroom all have large windows as the views are spectacular. And let’s not forget about the media room for watching movies on a 10 foot screen with great lighting and acoustics. I absolutely spoil my guests with numerous things from pool toys to wine, bottled water, all the spices, mustard, ketchup and anything that’s usually requested. Never hurts to ask!

Living in luxury.

Incredible views! We enjoyed cooking in the well-stocked kitchen, and entertaining on the patio while enjoying the magnificent views. The bedrooms are large with comfortable beds and great showers. (It feels like you’re staying at a spa!) The host was easy to communicate with and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. The home is conveniently located near restaurants and McDowell park.

Thank you for the unforgettable stay

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our trip to Fountain Hills. The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we loved relaxing with the backyard views. The location was perfect - just a short drive to restaurants. Our host was incredibly accommodating and provided fantastic recommendations for activities in the area. We can't thank them enough for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommend this property to families and couples alike.

Must stay, relaxing experience

We had an amazing time staying at this property. The homeowner is very easy to work with and very responsive before and during the stay. I would recommend this to anyone and I look forward to staying here again and working with the homeowner again soon! This isn't a home its a private resort! The views are stunning! The pool is spectacular! The host was very responsive any time we had any questions, and he even took the time to check in throughout our stay.
