Hill Country Lake House on Lake Travis, Lake Front w/Private Dock
Welcome to the Hill County Lake House on the Pedernales arm of Lake Travis!
**If lake levels are low guests may take the kayaks to where the water starts in the cove. There could be no boat access. The house and fire pit would still have great views of the open channel.**
**Lake Travis lake levels fluctuate and cannot guarantee water level. Please feel free to contact me first with questions. **
We hope that our lake home will be your home away from home. Anytime is a good time of the year in The Texas Hill Country!
Take in expansive Hill Country views at our 3-spacious bedrooms, 2-full bath Hill County Lake House on the banks of the Pedernales River! Bring your boat, we have a private, floating dock.
Features of the Lake House:
Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath. Sleeps 10 (maximum of 6 adults) — King, Queen, 2 Fulls, Full sleeper sofa and Twin Bunk with Trundle. Back of house is mostly windows with amazing views of the water.
Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, Margaritaville margarita machine, eating area for 9, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outdoor living includes rocking chairs on the front porch, a covered bar with ceiling fan on the back patio, patio table with chairs, Weber gas grill and fire pit.
Includes a boat dock and a slip for you to park your boat.
Great fishing right from the dock. Don’t forget your fishing poles!
We have a Paddle Boat and 3 Kayaks that are perfect for a relaxing trip around the peaceful cove (bring your own life jackets).

We loved our stay! The house is very spacious and nice, we had everything we needed to cook and bake, the views and wildlife are amazing, Christy is super responsive and kind, the cove and dock are beautiful, and we would definitely book it again! Thank you for everything!

This was a lovely, charming, cozy house that had ample space for everyone. Great floor plan and every amenity you could possibly think of having. The beds were super comfortable and the 2 A/C controls in the house helped regulate our comfort whether we were upstairs or down. Fun back patio overlooking the lake, convenient through the main house sliding doors. My family and I loved it and highly recommend to anyone.

Home away from home
Our stay was very comfortable, house had all the amenities. Very nice location , peaceful and quiet. An excellent place to stay

Great trip!
We had a wonderful time! Two families with 5 kids 10 and under and it was a wonderful and relaxing getaway! Beautiful property!

Perfect for a family getaway
This home was perfect for our family weekend trip! Waterfront for fishing and paddle boating, fire pit for s’mores and hanging out, Weber grill and all the amenities you’d need and more. Super easy to get to right off of 71. Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful Place
Very Nice place, Host were very accommodating. The place is very quiet, beautiful views from the master bedroom. The house is comfortable and clean, Kitchen was very well stocked. We would highly recommend this place.

Great Stay!
I hosted my brother's bachelor party at this location. The owners were amazing! The house was the perfect size, very clean, lots of activities! Highly recommended

Perfect retreat
This house was a great place to stay with friends while we enjoyed the marble falls area. Christy is a great host and was very accommodating. I recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Cozy cottage with beautiful views
We stayed here for our Christmas vacation and really enjoyed our stay. It’s an amazing place for the holidays. The home was everything as described. The view was great & we enjoyed watching the deer from the fire pit. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Family Fun
Our family enjoyed this property during our stay. It was very spacious and well stocked with what we needed in the kitchen. Our kids enjoyed the stroll to the lake and fishing. One even had a nice catch! The location was perfect distance to the parks we visited during the day.

Really nice place with lots of room downstairs, great outdoor space
Quiet spot up along shoreline (when lake full). Great deck and outdoor space. Super firepit with lots of space for all to stay out of smoke.
Easy checkin and checkout. Fully equipped kitchen, nice outdoor grill.

Perfect lake getaway
This was a great property. Unfortunately the lake is low so we did not have the water view but it was still a perfect getaway. House was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Making smores on the firepit was a perfect ending to the days! We will for sure be back!
