Great place that is close to Fort Leonard Wood and convenient to restaurants. Nice and quiet all day and night!

Great location close to Ft. Leonardwood

Property was clean and had all the amenities you would need. It is minutes from the visitor center and main gate of Ft. Leonardwood. I highly recommend this property for visiting anyone stationed there.

Needed a good cleaning

This property is close to base and convenient. Have stayed in another unit in same complex earlier this year. Comfy beds! Kitchen was dirty with food splattered over back of fridge and blinds, hair on bathroom floors! Really hate to complain as really enjoy property overall and would stay again!

Overall rating

Great location if you are coming for a military graduation or for something on Fort Leonard Wood. Nothing fancy but overall clean. Beds and couch were comfortable. It was nice that both bedrooms had their own bathrooms. Easy check in and good communication with host Haley. I did provide her with some feedback that I hope she implements like getting new towels for the townhouse. Also, the fridge was not working properly when we were there so that was disappointing. A few other very minor other things that hopefully they will fix with the feedback I gave them. With those small changes I definitely recommend the stay. Overall we were satisfied as it worked well for us and our graduating soldier.

Great location

The property is extremely close to FLW for family visits. My only concern was that written communication via Vrbo was limited. No message about check in code was issued. I called and the manager responded. Fridge was not working at all. Food has to be thrown out. Again, no response via Vrbo. Called the manager and she said she will call a vendor to check it. No one came. We stayed from Tuesday through Friday there. Message about check out process arrived after 6pm on Friday, way after we had left the property. It wasn’t bad but it definitely could have been better in terms of response to our fridge issue. Upon arrival, we noticed some things were broken (lamp, ripped sofa) and we notified notified immediately so we wouldn’t be blamed. Child found an old bag of Cheez it crackers under the nightstand upon arrival. Overall, a good place due to proximity to base and quiet neighborhood.

It was a nice home to stay in

This was a nice home to stay in for our soldier’s family day and graduation. Just be aware that the bedrooms are all upstairs. So if you have someone that cannot go upstairs - this home won’t work for you

Perfect for Ft Leonard Wood visit

Rented for son’s BCT graduation and it was a great location that offered space to just be together.

Very convenient to Fort Leonard Wood

We stayed for our sons graduation from Fort Leonard Wood. This property is so close to the visitors gate. Clean, had everything we needed and very good communication with property owner.

No... just no

We showed up and did a quick 180 and left. There was about 9 people sitting in folding chairs on the porch of the duplex smoking cigarettes with screaming babies. As we sat there I'm fairly positive we observed a drug deal of some sort 20 feet away from the people on the porch. 0 out 10, would not recommend.

not clean at all.

no coffee or laundry soap. Couch although it sleeps 2 is a play pen and the sections slide apart. There was an air mattress available but no air pump. We were going to use the oven but there was 1/8 inch slime in the bottom of the oven. We found out when we turned on the oven and smoke started rolling out. Don't go out on the deck. The boards are weak and the nails stick up and ripped holes in my socks. The refrigerator light doesn't work and a retaining bar on the door that holds jars in was broke off. Also I had set a partially eaten candy bar ( still in wrapper) on the counter to the left of the sink. I went back 30 minutes later to finish it and it was covered in small 🐜 ants. Also the broken down taxi sitting in the driveway all week just seemed a bit trashy.

This property was great for our stay for an OSUT graduation!

We originally booked for only 3 nights. We extended it for another 4 nights (early). The host always got back to us quickly. The property has everything you need except an iron. We would definitely stay here again.

Home away form home!

We stayed here for my sons basic training graduation. In all i have no complaints. The owner and property manager were very accessible when i had any questions. This place had every thing anyone would need when being away from home. The location is just a couple minutes from the Fort Leonard Wood gate! Even with snowy conditions, we had no problems. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an awesome place to stay at a GREAT price! These folks have thought of it all! I will book here again once i have the date for my sons AIT graduation.....

BCT Graduation Stay

We stayed in this Townhome while attending my daughters BCT graduation. We were very pleased. It was comfortable, clean and the communication with the property manager was excellent providing details and information in a prompt and timely manner.

Perfect place

I cannot say enough good things about this rental! We stayed here while attending Family and Graduation Days at Fort Leonard Wood. It is literally minutes from the main gate! Location is on a dead end street and is in a quiet spot yet minutes from stores and restaurants! We loved having our own sleeping quarters and bathrooms! It was also great to be able to bring our soldier back to the rental with us to hang! The only glitch that we had (several times) was with the key pad to gain entrance to the rental. It took several tries, several different times for it to work. The washer and dryer in the unit were a huge plus! Absolutely would stay here again if ever in the area!!

Convenient to FLW

Was visiting daughter and son-in-law on base at Fort Leonard Wood and location could not have been more convenient. Had what we needed to make dinner for family. Comfortable. Would stay again.

Short stay great property ans hosts

My wife were in town for our son’s graduation at FLW. The property is literally a mile from the front gate. However it is located off main road in quiet area. The hosts were awesome with communication and allowing our dates to change due to the Army. We had enough room to bring our son back to hang out for the day. Only problems or suggestions we could make would be installing ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Other than that everything worked and was good condition.

FT Leonard wood graduation

Great location if visiting FLW. Only 7 min away. Place was clean had washer and dryer and everything you need to feel at home

Graduation stay

We were there for the graduation of my son. It is very close to the base. Easily accessible. Very comfortable. Close to eateries. I would stay with them again.

Rental

The overall property & experience was great. The only I wish we had were extra pillows & blankets. Unfortunately my grand daughter got sick and threw up on our bedding in the middle of the night. We had nothing to change it with.
