Enter through your private elevator entrance of this spacious, 1,636 square foot vacation home and step into comfortable accommodations. You are immediately struck by gorgeous view from the glass doors and huge picture windows - a panoramic view of the island, the Bay inlet and the Gulf beyond. The Living Room features a comfortable couch and loveseat with a huge mounted flat screen TV so you can watch your favorite show or a movie. There's also free Internet throughout the condo - the perfect way to research the activities and destinations you want to visit while you're here, email your family and friends, or make dinner reservations at one of our popular restaurants on the water.

Through the sliding glass doors awaits your glimpse of paradise - a large Screened In Lanai with breathtaking views of the Bay, Gulf and Island - a place where you will no doubt spend many relaxing hours dining or reading a book while you take in the sea breezes. There are two very comfortable lounge chairs and a high top patio table and three chairs to dine alfresco. Oh, Surprise! There's a wall mounted TV out on the lanai too!

The beautifully designed kitchen has all appliances with custom cabinetry and granite countertops to make meal prep a pleasure. The breakfast bar is the place to serve up a snack or chat with friends while you cook. Oh, Surprise! There's a counter top TV in the kitchen too! For more formal dining, the glass top dining table sits in an alcove surrounded by windows and bathed in sunlight.

Every aspect of this vacation condo was designed for easy vacation living. Linen closets hold freshly laundered bed and bath linens that will be waiting for you. There's a Laundry Room with full sized washer and dryer, along with a wash sink. No visiting the laundromat during your vacation!

The Master Bedroom En Suite has a King sized bed all decked out with designer linens and its own large screen TV. The true private Master Bath has a delightful layout with a lovely vanity and a soaking tub separate from the walk in shower.

The Guest Bedroom features Two Twin Beds and its own TV. Directly next door is the Guest Bath with a traditional tub/shower combination. Off the Living Room, is the 3rd Bedroom serving as a Den with a Desk, TV, and Full size bed. Absolutely No Smoking and No Pets Allowed. $300 Refundable Security Deposit Required.

There is a STRICT no smoking, no pets policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

As special as the Waterside complex is, you'll want to venture out by car or beach trolley and explore the Fort Myers Beach area - Lovers Key State Park where you can hike along the wetland trails, bike among the mangroves and canoe and kayak along estuaries, Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach at the north end where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf, the Great Blue Waterway, Bayside Park jumping with sunset celebrations, Old San Carlos Street with its outdoor eateries, bars and nightlife, and the many island restaurants on the Beach and Bay side. The south bridge offers easy access off island to Bonita Springs and Naples. Within walking distance is Santini Marina Plaza with great shopping and dining options.
