Experience unforgettable sunrises and sea breezes from our private balcony overlooking the ocean and pool on Cresent Beach in historic St. Augustine, the perfect getaway to relax and enjoy vacations .

For your convenience our unit 203 has a living room area with a comfortable Sofa, a Lazy boy recliner and a huge flat screen TV. (Sofa has a queen-size sleeper bed for 2 more guests )

Our Kitchenette has all the amenities you could ask for including a full-size Refrigerator , Stovetop , Mini oven ,Microwave , Drip coffee maker, Dishware , Pots pans and more . A dinette table and chairs are provided for your convenience .

The private bedroom features a King bed and a flat screen and a full Bathroom.

Daily housekeeping services are provided at no charge .

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What type of camera took these pictures. The room was smaller than it appears in photos. If this room was a gold rating, I would hate to see a bronze.

One night visit

Nice, clean, well appointed condo. Very cozy. Easy access to the beach. Well worth the stay. Check in was fast and easy. We enjoyed our time there.

Yes but also the pool which was my fault because I didn’t think it would be a problem but it was literally right below us so there was little privacy and it blocked the view of the ocean.

Great vacation

We had a Great time, ALL employees were friendly and nice and the resort and room Was clean and nice, the only issue we had was the condo was a little small to us and we will probably have to go to a 2 bedroom next time!! But our overall stay was GREAT!!!

Beacher’s Lodge room 203

A quaint but perfectly comfortable place to temporarily leave the cares of this world behind you. A small seaside community, with a few phenomenal restaurants at hand. Waves lapping, birds singing, salt in the air, a comfy spot to relax and best of all, no crowds! Great staff

If ever you are looking for a little extra space, we do have the balcony plus suites (room numbers end in 20-27), still a small one bedroom suite but a little bit larger... of course, the view is so big in all the suites, sometimes it can make up for the cozy quarters. The man who works the front desk (Andy, I believe) was so kind and answered our questions, and made us feel so welcomed. The housekeeping staff was AMAZING!!The ladies weren't above and beyond. Friendly, made sure we had all we needed every morning. The view was incredible! Having an onsite laundry room also was great. I cant say enough about this place!! We will be back!!

The only issue we had was that the AC in the living room wasn't working 100% of the time, but the weather was nice enough that it wasn't a big deal. Great access to the beach and the outdoor seating was comfortable enough to sit outside for hours listening to the waves! Master bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Front desk staff were also super friendly! Would stay again!

A Perfect Spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was perfect for our weekend trip! The properts is older but has been well maintained. The decor hit the right beach vibe tone and helped ease us into a relaxing mindset. It was well stocked and we decided we could easily manage a longer stay. The location was great too. A quick drive to St. Augustine or south towards Flagler Beach. We enjoyed a great meal at JTs Seafood Shack - a quick ride down old A1A in the Palm Coast area.

Overall a good experience with one flaw.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the experience was good. Room was clean and location was great. My only issue was the hot water heater was broke in the room so my family had to take cold showers. I was advised by maintenance I could inquire about changing rooms , but decided not to because we were already settled in. Maintenance also stated that the room was not equipped with a tankless water heater like most other units unless they could have switched out the water heater to fix the problem. I told the office about the issue while checking out and was told sorry, but a partial refund for the inconvenience would’ve went a lot further with my opinion of their customer service.

Valentines Day stay

The view was beautiful, that was pretty much the only great thing. Housekeepers do not dust ANYTHING! In order to open slider there were hard blinds ( patio) covered in some splatter and covered in dust. If we wanted to cook using the cookware you definitely couldn’t since pots and pans were rusty from 1989. Seems like an elderly couples get away. Probably the worst part was getting ready to take a shower, great water pressure however 30 seconds of warm water and the shower turned to freezing. I waited about 25 minutes from when my husband first ran the water and the same thing happened to me. I returned keys to lobby and mentioned to clerk about no hot water and she just kind of seemed like she didn’t care. I could have paid the same price to stay at the brand new Renaissance Hotel down the street with hot water, it we wanted to try out one of the VRBO listings. We definitely won’t stay here again.

We Will Be Back!

This room sits right above the pool on the 2nd story with beach views (as you can see in the photos on the website) need I say more? Perfect for watching the sun rise and sun set! As far as the room, AC definitely works lol! Room stayed nice and chilled for this hot summer weather. Bedroom was comfortable, room was clean. No issues at check in or checkout. We will be back!
