This 11th-floor corner condo has spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and Panama City Beach from the private balcony (yes, we mean private!). Guests can relax in the soaking tub after a long day exploring the beach, after showering off in the shared outdoor shower, of course. Our guests may also enjoy shared amenities such as pools and a basketball court.

Guests who brought clubs will appreciate being just under three miles from the Holiday Golf Club. Check out Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants, less than one mile away! Skywheel Panama City Beach offers great views of the Gulf. Families will love Shipwreck Island Waterpark (just over three miles from the condo) with its lazy river, water slides, and specific toddler area.

Pool passes are included in your reservation.
Guests may only use Tower 1 and Tower 2 amenities.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 11.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The room is perfect for big families

The room fit our family’s needs but definitely needs some adjustment on a few things. The cleaning service is not the best. More sheets, blankets and towels need to be available. The air in one of the bedrooms doesn’t work.

I loved the space in this condo and the lay out. They only negative I could say is that the pots and pans need updating and would have liked to have had some baking pans. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Just okay

The room was just okay! It was CLEAN; however there are no kitchen utensils. We didn’t even have a cookie sheet to bake biscuits on. The pots and pans were worn out so everything we cooked stuck to them. If you aren’t planning to cook you’ll be fine as the view was beautiful and I enjoy having a corner unit. If you are cold stuffed be sure and pack extra blankets as none of the beds have blankets; they only have a sheet and bedspread. We love PCB and will return to Calypso, but I will not be renting this particular condo.

Nice place but bring extra supplies and don’t expect 2 parking passes!!

The condo was nice and clean, and all in all, we enjoyed it BUT we were definitely inconvenienced several times. We were NEVER able to contact anyone with Vacasa to get a second parking pass even tho we tried multiple times PLUS there were NO extra blankets, so especially for those in the twin bed room, be prepared to be cold with a sheet and thin coverlet. Also, there were half rolls of toilet paper in all 3 bathrooms with NO extra rolls. In the kitchen, there were NO baking pans, only a couple of Pyrex dishes, and the blender is cracked or broken so if you use it, be prepared to clean up a MESS 🤨

Great condo

The views were great and the unit was clean and somewhat updated which we liked. The only thing reason why I’m giving 4 stars is because for a unit that sleeps 8 and has 3 bedrooms, it should come with 3 parking spaces not 2 is because I was told management was going to call me and let me know about getting a third parking space and never heard back from them. Staff from property told me that was a big issue and that’s the same thing every guess is told. Management should be honest and upfront and just say that 3 spaces is not possible instead of lying and giving guests hopes of getting another space.

We arrived at 415 for a 400 checking in with 3 loaded downed carts to our room with person still cleaning room. The floors was wet and they still felt gritty. The kitchen had to be wiped down all counter were sticky the cabinets and drawers were Greasy feeling and that sink needing scrubbing. The garbage disposal is not working we fished corn out of it beer cabs and it still won’t work. Also one of the bedrooms there’s no covers covering the damn electrical outlet that’s unacceptable. I swept the whole condo all the bathrooms everything was sand, long hair, and pubic hair was absolutely gross. Had Roman noodles and filth on the damn kitchen Floor. As there is also mold in shower which needs a deep cleaning. If this is your idea of clean then. I cleaned and wiped down with stuff I had to bought ugh, no dust pan with broom. I did not mop I didn’t come on vacation to clean a property to start the trip. I will maintain it while I’m in it but I shouldn’t have to come to a dirty condo. Next all the pictures are staged in your site. The bed did not have bedspread or comforter sets on any of them or look nice like in the pictures. The twin bed only had sheets on them it was just awful there were no blankets in any room, no pillows, the pillow on all the bed suck and are awful. As well as the bathroom linen is old, worn and need replaced. There was no bedding for the couch or pillows or anything that was not a blanket in the room or in the whole condo. I had to make a trip to Walmart to buy the proper things that we need for my family to bed able to rest with basic comfort. I just am just very disappointed I definitely want my damn cleaning deposit. I have been coming to Panama City at different resorts for 30 years this is the first time staying with this group and in the calypso and I will never be back. Everyone gave me a run around to call this one or that one I got so feedup with no results they are not very helpful and it has not been very pleasant experience. The internet has not worked for stay. The dishes we used had to be washed all sticky and greasy feeling. This units needs a good deep cleaning and update and mole in showers cleaned, replaced linen and a overhaul. An a better management, without customers being passed around to different representatives that did not help. Would not recommend anyone too stay here

3bdrm/3bth Oceanfront w/4 beds

1st of all, Vacasa was wonderful to deal with. Always answered my calls & were friendly & very helpful. Booked this unit for 3 day wknd with family. Needed the 2 twin beds in the 3rd bdrm. Most units I saw had only 1 bed in each bdrm, or bunkbeds. Arrived to find the unit clean & cold - very refreshing coming inside out of the heat. Everything in unit was sufficient for us - plenty of linens for beds & baths. Open kichen/dining/living area. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed, altho we ate out most meals. Easy to get downstairs to pool/beach. No waits for elevators which, in my experience, is rare in a high rise. Parking garage is a tight fit but we were in a large truck & never had a problem finding a spot to park. Corner unit had extra views. Pool was was narrow & long which allows room for more people. We spent almost as much time at the pool as the beach. Water was chilly, again unusual in my experience. Everyone working there was very friendly & helpful. They also enforced rules around the pool. Would book again & would recommend.

Overall, very nice!

Overall our stay was good. Location was great and the layout of the condo was perfect for our family. My only real complaint it that our pass for the parking garage was set to expire at midnight the day before we checked out so when we went to leave for the airport, we were locked in the parking garage. This was very frustrating. We did notice the air vent next to the front door is caked with dust. Also, the pillows in the master bedroom are like cardboard. Could definitely stand to be replaced. Overall, it was a great place to stay. Thanks!!

Recent stay

Condo was decent. Washer broke with us having 2 more days left. We had clothes in there and only solution offered was to ring out and put in the dryer that took 5 hours to dry one towel. Dryer needs updated as well. Then since condo isn’t managed onsite we couldn’t even get fresh towels. Disappointing.

View was fantastic. Rooms were clean. Plenty of space for our group of 6. Terrific location with many shops and restaurants nearby. Shout out to the Angry Tuna restaurant for frying up our fish we caught the night before.
