Park your car - no need to drive anywhere with pier park across the street - the ultimate dining, shopping, entertainment complex including Margaritaville, the back porch, marble slab creamery, the last resort, Ron Jon surf shop, buffalo wild wings (for all the games!), five guys, cantina Mexican cuisine, red bricks pizza, Starbucks, hoffbrau beer gardens, a 14 screen theater complex, target (with new 'fresh market' grocery store), dillards, Ann Taylor loft, chicos, American eagle, aeropostale, old navy, borders books, fusion day spa, massage envy, cute boutiques and much, much more! Free outdoor concerts - Thursday evenings at pier park. Carnival rides and games for the young children. Close to frank brown park! We are located next to unspoiled beaches, and beyond that is the Russell fields city pier - over 1500 feet! The longest pier on the gulf of Mexico - offering breathtaking views and inexpensive fishing tackle rentals. For a great lunch 'to go' to the beach, check out fatty's sub shop across the street - excellent wraps, pizza, sandwiches! Awesome Vacation

We had never stayed on the Pier Park side of Beach Front Road. We loved the convenience of everything. Our parking did end before 10:00 so the staff had to be notified for us to be let out of the parking deck. The owner of the condo was very easy to work with. We will stay again! Thanks for a good vacation!

Great experience

A coworker and I took 2 individuals with special needs to PCB for a week trip. They felt like a king and queen in this condo! The kitchen was nice for us to relax and have breakfast. The rooms were convenient for everyone. One LOVED the 20th story view! (One didn’t venture too far onto the balcony lol)

Great place and location

There were 8 of us and the condo was perfect for our adult adventure. The location was perfect and the staff was super nice. The condo was clean and ready to go for us. No real issues. It was quiet at night and had a great view from the 20th floor. Check in and check out were a breeze. We had the code to get in a week before and it was all very easy. Highly recommend!

Softball beach getaway

Very nice condo not far from the softball complexes with pier park shops and restaurants in walking distance. The location was great for us and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Location! Spacious Condo

We loved our stay at this condo. It is more updated than what the pictures show on VRBO. The location is perfect, right on the beach next to the pier - within walking distance to so many things like pier park and gulf world. Amazing views from the 20th floor. The biggest negative we have would be that the king and queen sized mattresses where a lot more firm than what we like. But overall it is a very nice condo. It was very handy having a washer/dryer in the unit. They even had 2 beach chairs you can use. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it!

A great place to celebrate friendships

The 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms was a must for a group of 6 women. The location is excellent if needing to walk to restaurants and shopping. The owner was responsive to our questions and needs. The pool rules are a little extreme but there must be a reason for them.

Wonderful view and Very Spacious

Our stay was wonderful, there was some cleaning that we did but we are particular about that so no worries. The place was very nice and our family enjoyed the views and how spacious the unit was.

Stunning condo!

This condo is so much better than the photos posted! The fact that it’s on a corner and you get views no matter what way you look! It has a completely updated look and has been remodeled. It was perfect and we will definitely stay here again!

Turtle Paradise

Had extreme difficulties getting into the condo as the given code didn’t work, and we discovered possible leftover fishing bait in the garbage disposal. Other than that, no real issues. We enjoyed and loved the layout of the condo and the fact that there was plenty of space with three full bathrooms for our large family. It definitely is the largest floor plan offered. We absolutely loved the sea turtle/beach decor. It made it feel cozy and inviting. We most definitely will consider a return visit to this condo! It is our favorite by far.

Great Location

The condo was just as advertised and very true to the pictures. The location was right next to Pier Park so our family of 2 adults, 4 teenagers and 2 kids 12 and 10 all had plenty to do in the area. Very close to shops and dining places. Traffic is extremely high in the area starting at 4pm because cruising the strip area is also a thing to do right in front of the condo so we walked to most places within a mile. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

They need to have all condos ready when you arrive, cause i had to waste have of Tuesday on them to fix the door lock and handle and it is still not fixed all the way he only half way did it

Beautiful condo just needs a little cleaning update

Absolutely beautiful view, There was 7 of us that stayed in this unit, cones equipped with everything you need, Down fall.. When we arrived our unit was not very clean, There was black hair in most of the rooms, and a chunk of hair in the toilet in hall way, I think the owner just needs to have a chat with cleaning crew, other than that definitely would go back
