Tidy linens are provided and all beds will be made upon your arrival. Walk to Scarborough Beach in ten minutes. The Block Island Ferry is minutes away along with many state and local beaches. Spend a day in Newport which is about a half hour drive. This property is an all around good value.

Please note during the summer season June 17 - September 4 this rental requires a seven night minimum. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 Pm on Saturday and check-out is no later than 10:00 Am the following Saturday. All properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized between stays.

Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge. Guests can opt to bring their own linens for a credit. Please inquire for more information.
