Very comfortable.

The property was exactly as described, and Liz was a gracious host. There were several areas to sit and read with well situated lighting and comfortable furniture. Very cozy. The kitchen was very well equipped. The check in process problem was entirely due to VRBO’s automated systems, which got on the wrong track and stayed there for the entire process. That was frustrating to both us as renters and to Liz as home Owner. Hopefully it’s a one time thing and won’t reoccur.

Girls weekend

From the time we got there, we really felt like it was a home away from home. The place had everything we needed and we were able to enjoy a little bit of rainy day inside on that fabulous screen porch, outback that was the highlight of the place. the beds were comfortable, sitting area in the living room was very comfortable. The television worked fine all the supplies necessary to cook a wonderful meal were there. Don’t hesitate to rent this place for a weekend or a week. You won’t regret it.

Perfect Birthday Weekend Getaway

Everything about this rental was perfect. The location, cleanliness, and size of the space made it a fantastic hosting spot for some friends and a birthday party. I would 100% rent here again! :)

Just right

Cosy and quiet. All necessary amenities for a week of cooking and gathering around the large kitchen table to play board games. Very clean and comfortable.

Home Away From Home

The property was perfect for our family over the Thanksgiving weekend. It had everything we needed. Communication with the host was seamless. Only regret was not being able to really enjoy the gorgeous screened in living space because we visited in November - next time!!

Great place to stay!

We just had a wonderful week at this property. The house was clean and everything worked properly. I slept in the master bedroom and it was very comfortable! The screened in porch is just heaven. The owner was very responsive. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Great vacation for the family

The property is great. It's close to many beaches, it was very clean, was furnished with everything we needed, and the back porch was awesome. We ate on the porch for all of our meals as it was roomy and we always had a nice breeze. We're looking forward to staying again.

Quiet spacious property

The property was exactly as it looked in the listing and the street was nice and quiet so enjoying 3 season porch wasa easy. The air conditioners in the bedroom work great as we hit a week with high humidity and with twin toddlers they slept without issue. Charlestown beach just down the road was perfect and quick to access. We hit jitters cafe several times just around the corner and had some delicious baked goods. Point judith had some delicious sea food. It's a reasonable drive to the Roger William's Zoo and the twins had a blast. Similarly Mystic Aquarium is easily accessible and a lot of fun. If I had any complaints it would be mother nature giving us such a sticky week! But 26 days in a row is definitely not normal....

Clean, comfortable home with everything we needed!

We really enjoyed staying at this quiet home not far from the beach. Everything was totally as listed, and the owner was lovely and easy to communicate with. The screen porch is so breezy and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family loved the rental house! The pictures don't do it justice; the house was spotlessly clean and everything was well maintained, appliances and all. The kitchen was well stocked with more than just a few pots and pans, and the bedrooms were all quite comfortable. The porch in the back was also lovely, seemingly a new addition to the house. The living room and porch lamps are adjustable, so you could choose how bright you want it be. It's a comfortable drive to Newport and very close to a nearby Amtrak station in Kingston, making it convenient for meeting up via both car and public transit. The neighborhood was also nice and quiet, making this a perfect rental for a family looking to live comfortably while on vacation to Newport!

We were only up for the weekend but the house was great, well maintained. I think my only suggestion from our group would be we like TV's in the bedrooms LOL. Would definitely rent again!

Comfortable, spacious and clean beach house

Our family had a great time during our two-week beach vacation. The house had everything we needed and was our home away from home. The screened-in porch was the best. The beach, restaurants and shops were a short drive and the neighborhood was quiet and great for walking and biking. Hope to come back again.

It was perfect!

Had a girls trip here and rented two bikes from a nearby shop. It was the perfect spot for us! Liz was also extremely helpful!

fantastic property, great location

would have a hand held shower much better. hand to stand in far end of tub for stream to reach your back. Everything else was jus great. Would come again in future.

Ideal location & value

Great host with an eye on detail. 5 minutes from the ocean, very clean, all beds are comfortable, private with a great screened in porch. Very recommended.
