Great place! Very clean, organized and comfortable. Host was great. Good communication given the circumstances (hurricane knocked out power and internet). Anthony at Five Star properties was amazing and took good care of us. Beautiful beach condo. Would definitely stay there again.

We did not get to go on a family vacation last year so I was so excited about this year. My daughter-in-law picked this location and it was absolutely phenomenal. Very spacious and such a beautiful condo. Unfortunately weather caught us and we had to leave early but that’s Florida fall break. I would highly recommend staying in this unit totally unbelievable. Check-in was absolutely phenomenal. Couldn’t have asked for a friendly or group of people to help us. Hopefully, we’ll be staying there again next year.

The property was great. It was our second visit to Grandview 403 and we loved the unit. Only issue was when we tried to check in at 4:15 our code didn’t work and it took 4 phone calls before we could get ahold of someone to help us get in.

Exceeded expectations.

This property was absolutely beautiful and the floor plan could not have been laid out any better. If I needed anything the management company was there in a split second. I would stay here again for sure.

Grand view 403

The condo is absolutely beautiful and the views were spectacular. We couldn’t have asked for better. We had everything we could possible want and we’re even sent a charcuterie board as a welcome gift. What a nice touch! Would definitely recommend this condo and can’t wait to to back!!

Great place

We loved our stay in this home away from home. It had everything we needed to cook or eat or just relax. Very clean and first class place. Only complaint is we couldn’t get in until 4 and it was cleaned by 2.

Poor Cleaning

Reserving this property was easy, the cleanest was a different story. Carpet had not been vacuumed ( I couldn't even get them to turn on) Mold around speaker in upstairs bedroom and bottom of window by patio door. Walking thru gate to beach was ant infested. For the price of and how nice these condos are rhe property should be taken better care of

Beautiful

The property is very spacious - rooms were large. Very modern had been all updated recently. Beds were comfortable. Easy walk to the beach - looks longer in the photos online. We had 9 of our family and we had plenty of room

Wonderful Location and Very Clean!

My husband and I enjoyed staying with our son at this beautiful property! The pictures are very accurate. The property is modern and spacious. The pool was perfect for our toddler and the beach was easily accessible. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect vacation

Amazing property beautiful condo. The layout is perfect for families with teenagers. Kitchen has everything you need. Worst part of the trip was leaving. Would definitely come back to this place

Most Beautiful and Well Equipped Condo

This condo was everything and more. This was the 1st time we have ever been to the beach and not left the property because of COVID. This condo had everything we needed to feel like home but with the beautiful views and private beach so we didn't feel the need to leave. Lots of restaurants near by to deliver food. Our teenage boys loved the bunk room.
