What a wonderful vacation! Steps to the beach! We didn't leave once during our stay! Communication with the host was a breeze. The property has everything you need- beach towels, 2 chairs and an umbrella, great bath products, plenty of bath towels, super comfy beds, giant tvs in every room, all the trash bags, toilet paper etc that you need. Highly recommend!

We love to visit Miramar beach every year and this location is amazing! This unit is perfect for our two families that travel together. It has plenty of beds and space. The appliances in the kitchen were very nice - but had a learning curve. Love the beach chair service AND love love love the supplemental Adirondack beach chairs at the house!! Parking can be a bit of an issue, extra large SUVs / trucks should not park on site. Reg size and smaller are good. Each unit has “stacked parking”. Property manager was quick to respond when we had an issue w entry on our check in. They were also quick to communicate when the water was shut off due to a plumbing issue. Great property and would stay again!

Wonderful accommodations! Enjoyed sitting on the patios overlooking the beach. The beds were comfortable and the amenities exceptional. We will be back!

The condo was gorgeous and right on the beach with an amazing view of the gulf. I did not want to leave! The host had chairs we were able to carry to the beach which I thought was nice, as well as back ups of toiletries and even a few snacks. I hope to book again. I will say- this is a 3 story condo with a lot of steps- so I wouldn't recommend if you have younger kids (crawling age) but for us, it was perfect!

You can't beat the location of this beautiful property! We had one tiny inconvenience when we arrived, but the property manager responded immediately and took care of it for us in no time. Just a heads up that there are a lot of stairs inside of the house and to get down to the beach. It wasn't a problem for us in the least, but could be if you're traveling with someone that has mobility issues. This property is exactly as advertised -- well-stocked, beautifully upgraded, and in a fabulous location just steps to the sand. We loved our much-needed getaway, and we'll definitely be back!

Amazing view & accommodations right on beach front. Parking was very difficult due to minimal space, with no room to get into vehicles once parked.

We had an awesome time staying at this townhouse. The check-in process was so easy and the townhouse was exactly as described as well as the kitchen had everything we needed. You walk right onto the beach and feel your feet step into the white sand.

Beautiful property on the beach!

The property was beautifully remodeled and left nothing to be desired. Property manager was responsive and very accommodating. Will definitely be back!

Very impressed with the kitchen, amenities and quality of towels. We had some difficulty figuring out the dimming of light switches, but we’re finally able to catch on. What a lovely gesture by the house to leave drinks and snacks. Would greatly recommend.

The place was beautiful. Direct access to the beach with a private walk out. Decorated beautifully with more than enough room for a family. The view from my balcony each morning was relaxing & a perfect reset. They provide everything needed & the host was quick with responding. We will definitely be returning!

One of the Best Experiences for My Family!

Initially, I was a little skeptical because there weren’t any reviews—but I’m so glad I pushed past that! This has truly been one of the best Airbnb experiences for my family.The property is located right on the beach, just as described, and comes with everything you need for a relaxing stay. They even had a thoughtfully stocked area with snacks, drinks, and essentials in case you forgot something—such a nice touch! Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided, which we really appreciated.The home was fully stocked, clean, and in close proximity to everything—including the outlets and local attractions. Everything about our stay felt next level. Super dope place! We’ll definitely be back.If I had a wish list, I’d only suggest:•Makeup towels•A couple of beach boogie boards•An automatic welcome email with check-in/check-out instructionsOther than that, 10/10 highly recommend!

Can’t beat the location

We wanted to be right on beach so we could take our corn hole boards and this didn’t disappoint.Pros:Perfect Location. We walked to eat. Smoothie bar/ Alvin’s Island right across the road. Beach access- literally a few steps to the beach, no need for a wagon.Parking- directly in front of the door. We came in one car. Two cars can fit, but it’s tight.The beach- it’s a private section so it was nice and clean, nothing too crazy going on. Amenities-they went above and beyond with this. Nice bath towels/fans/and 3 beach towels in each room. There were 8 beach chairs, beach toys, etc. available with a private outdoor shower. Upon arrival, there were snacks for us and cold drinks in the frig (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, and water). They also provided Dove body wash in each shower in addition to a complimentary toilet closet in case you forgot anything. I have never seen that! Most places only provide a few trash bags and bar soap for washing your hands but they were fully stocked with name brand products, including Tide and good toilet paper! It was clean and modern. Beds/linens were comfortable. Cons: Stairs- there are a lot of stairs so keep that in mind. Outdoor patios- the furniture is nice, especially compared to the neighbors but they are not spacious. If the neighbors are out, there is no privacy. The outdoor grill was nice but…there was no propane so I had to go to plan B to cook. The two bathrooms upstairs were roomy but the downstairs one is tight.
