Beachview Retreat: Steps to the beach, Gulf views!

Welcome to Beachview Retreat on Anna Maria! This conveniently located cottage is just steps away from white sandy, Gulf Beaches! The property completed a full interior and exterior renovation in December of 2022. Beachview Retreat has been decorated with a coastal theme throughout the home. The main floor houses 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 11 guests. On the top floor you will find the kitchen, living room, dining room, and a half bath. Take in the beautiful gulf views from the upper balcony while you enjoy a cocktail and enjoy the beautiful AMI sunsets. The property is easily accessible by all with an elevator that accesses all three levels of the property. The open concept living area provides plenty of space for your entire group! Beachview Retreat offers an abundance of space to take in the beautiful Florida weather with large balconies on the main and upper floors. The ground level outdoor space includes outdoor dining with a TV, lounge seating, a ping pong table, and a propane grill. Easily walk or ride bikes to Pine Avenue for plenty of shopping and delicious eats! Enjoy use of the FREE Anna Maria Trolley with stops located within a 3 minute walk of your front door!

Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. Beautiful Beach House

This is a beautiful newly updated 3 story house and it had an elevator. Steps from the beach, easy parking, nice hot tub and convenient to everything. We had 2 families of 4 and it was perfect

Beautiful, well equipped and in a great location!

Our stay was amazing. This is our 5th summer in Anna Maria and this house is in an awesome location. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping and steps from the beach on our favorite part of the island. House was well-equipped - kitchen, beach supplies, etc.

Surprised in a good way

This place was even better than we expected! So well designed and decorated! Loved the outside areas also. Great location, walkable to so many restaurants. You can also hear the ocean from the balcony while you are enjoying the view!!

Amazing AMI DESTINATION

The most Gorgeous house, beautufully decorated , clean , Comfortable and even had an elevator. Literally, about 100 steps to a beautiful beach. Amazing Sunsets , close to everything. Free Trolley to explore the island perfect for our vacation

I wish we had stayed longer!

The property was in a great location— minutes from the Sandbar and the beach. It was very well apportioned with high end appliances and finishes. My family was able to relax comfortably. The only problem was entirely our own— we didn’t stay long enough.

Perfect Location

Let me start with the location of the property. You are steps away from the beach, the best beach bar & restaurant and the Pine Street strip of restaurants and stores. The set up of the home with the upper level kitchen/great room and deck looking over the ocean was amazing. Very clean completely rennovated home was amazing. I'll be back again for sure.

Awesome location

The home is clean and in a great location. The house needs updating but we were told by property manager that they will complete in the fall. The second story screened in porch with swing was a favorite place. The property management company was very responsive to any questions.

Anna Maria Island near Sandbar and Beach

Great location !!! Terrible chairs in kitchen and on deck . Beach umbrella coming apart. No soap in dispensers, instead tiny bars of soap for sink anshowers. Ice maker not working in fridge. Bought ice and it started to melt . Great location but a few small problems if corrected would have made our stay fantastic.

Unbeatable location and views

We loved our stay at this awesome beach house! Very spacious for everyone in our group (4 adults and 2 kids) to spread out and enjoy themselves. Less than a minute walk to the beach was fantastic, especially with the kids, and we were able to go to the beach several times a day. The balcony views are unbeatable and the outdoor shower is really handy after the beach. As a vacation host myself, I would only comment that it would’ve been nice for more supplies to be provided (toilet paper, soap, dish liquid) however upon notifying the property manager they dropped off a few things the same day, so that was easily resolved. I’d definitely stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it if you’re looking for a place to relax close to the beach. I only wish we could’ve stayed here longer than a week!

Great Property and location- perfect for beach lovers!

We loved staying in this property!! It was perfect for our annual girls trip of 6. So close to the beach, restaurants, convenience store and rental options. The home decor was beachy & fun. There was beach towels and chairs, a cute outdoor area on the ground level and decks with views of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked with updated items. We did have trouble with the upper level air conditioning unit, however the management responded as soon as they received the message. There were ants in various areas of the house, again they sprayed immediately and it alleviated the problem. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and the bathrooms spacious. A few times it was a bit noisy as delivery trucks and daily garbage trucks serviced the nearby Sand Bar restaurant but didn't really bother our group. Overall it was a great property & we really enjoyed our stay!

Great location,older home with older furnishings & minimal essentials

Property management company, Sato Real Estate, saved our 7 week stay with rapid response & efficient correction of the many issues we had with the property. These issues included leak in shower requiring a week of repair & out of commission(6 people- 2 bathrooms), leak in ceiling in one of the bedrooms- slept with sand bucket in bed to collect water, broken bed, fan with one of its blade missing( fan replaced) and rod in one of the bedroom closet full of clothes broke. We had to purchase steak knives,measuring cup, wine glasses, & garbage cans- brought our tvs for 2 of the bedrooms. Sufficient numbers of towels,including beach, with washer & dryer centrally located. Furniture old, dirty, & very uncomfortable. The house is next door to a seaford market(no smell)& a restaurant a few doors down creating a great deal of traffic on the short road. No love here but the island helped us forget.

Linda casa muy bien ubicada

Muy linda casa, a pasos de la playa como también del comercio. Lo único que le falta es una piscina, el espacio da para una, aunque sea pequeña. Los muebles del exterior junto a la parrilla estaban muy sucios.

Great location

Great location next to the beach, but pictures are misleading. First floor has water damaged flooring and doors. Some of the exterior doors in the house are very hard to use and the beds are old and uncomfortable. House was clean and the renting company was easy to deal with.

Lovely Location!

We loved being so close to the gorgeous beach. The many balconies and patios on the house were a perk. We loved being able to walk to all of the little breakfast places and shops. Our favorite hang out was The Sandbar and it across the street! Would choose this house again and again!
