Our experience was wonderful, great location, very clean, we founded everything that we need ( kitchen/garage). Beach was close and beautiful. I recommend 100% The host was very attentive and always available, the pool was also a good option to enjoy with the family.

Check-in process was easy. The house was very clean and well-maintained. The pictures on-line are accurate. Easy short walk to the beach.

Great place for 3 couples. Plenty of room and all were able to have their own bathroom. Close to the beach!!

There was no beach view, which was a bit disappointing, but it was not advertised as having a beach view. If you want quiet, with not a huge beach crowd, and the feeling that you are in a protected sanctuary, then Bean point Beach is for you! It was absolutely stunning. Our relatives from Naples Florida came to visit and even they thought the beaches were amazing. The apartment was also beautiful and roomy.

Perfect location , house was great for our family.

Perfect location , house was great for our family. Needed sheets for pull out bed but after contacting SeaBreeze they brought them few hours later. Loved hanging in the pool area

Anna Maria Island Get away

The property exceeded all of our expectations. Property was like atropical retreat. Pool was awesome. Inside was a dream.

Highly recommended!

We celebrated a milestone birthday, and the team at SeaBreeze made the experience truly unforgettable. The location was perfect. It was within walking distance of everything we needed and just steps from the beach. The unit itself was exceptional. It had one of the best-stocked kitchens we've ever seen in a vacation rental, making it easy to prepare meals. The beds were very comfortable, everything was spotless, and there were plenty of linens and towels. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, including travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, making it easy to relax. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub so much that we spent several afternoons there. One evening, we grilled steaks and had dinner poolside, which became one of the highlights of the trip. From the seamless check-in and check-out process to the outstanding customer service, every detail was handled with care. This was a vacation we'll always remember, and we won't hesitate to book with SeaBreeze again. Highly recommended!

Clean and pretty

Place was clean and airy. Not as close as I thought it would be to walk to most restaurants but luckily we rented a car. Super close to the beach though so that was nice. Wasn’t expecting the “inspector” to come in the back to sort through and get rid of pool and beach toys that others left behind.luckily we were there to tell him not to throw out our things.

Happy Place

Location and premise was great. I prefer to do my communications through the VRBO app and disappointed when I am forced to communicate directly with a property management company. This request was not accommodated. But the property is beautiful and loved everything about it.

Great house

We really enjoyed our time here. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. It was also very convenient to have 3 bathrooms. The location was very convenient, close to so much and steps from the beach. The only things I would recommend is to replace the stained rug and add some lamps in the living room. It was so dark since there is no lighting at all. It would also be helpful to have a binder with all of the info needed like where to access the beach, the code to the beach supply garage, etc so everything was in one place and easily accessible.

Memorial Day

Property was great. Clean, and great location. Only issues were missing bedding, no laundry soap, and wi-fi was out. All issues resolved quickly, so 5 star from us. Things happen, so the effort to fix them sells us. They were great. FYI, the listing didn't clearly state you rent the upstairs. Lower level was rented to another family so you share the pool, etc. Not a huge deal.

Great Company!

The property was in a great location in Bean Point with just a short walk to the beach. Able to see the beautiful sunsets and even the sunrise over the bay. The property unit was clean and well supplied. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the evenings. The ping pong table was a hit for my daughter and her friends. The management team with SeaBreeze were so helpful. They went over and above for my daughter who turned 16 on this trip to leave her a birthday card!
