Our luxurious air-conditioned villa is a true home away from home situated in the prestigious Silver Creek area. Its position is ideal for easy access to everything that has made central Florida one of the most popular destinations in the world. Silver creek is located 1 mile north along highway 27 after the junction with the 192. The villa is a perfect base from which to visit all the attractions and shopping malls, or dine at one of the many nearby restaurants, or to simply relax by the south facing pool/spa and enjoy the sunshine and the views over the lake.

The accommodation, with 4 bedrooms spread over 2 floors, is ideal for two families sharing. The comfortable great room/lounge is equipped with a 55” led television, and provides guests with a pleasant area to relax in comfort after a hectic day at the parks, shopping or sight-seeing. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need, including - large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal + all utensils and crockery.

The villa is registered, licensed and professionally managed. The management company ensures that the villa is maintained to the highest standard. They ensure that the villa is fully cleaned for your arrival, provide a friendly and professional service to make you feel welcome, and can be contacted at any time during your stay. You can contact them by phone or in person at the office which is located a few minutes away.

Our luxurious villa is only 20 minutes from Disney and only minutes from legends and kings ridge golf courses!

The house was exactly as we expected. It was very clean and met all our needs. Communication with Joanne was easy and she was very attentive. We were very happy that we were able to use the spa, but the November temperatures were a little too cool to use the pool. The only thing we feel the house could use is a Keurig machine.

VILLA CLEAN WITH ALL THE FACILITIES AS LISTED. HOT TUB REALLY HOT ONCE WARMED. OVERALL A GREAT PLACE TO STAY. VERY CLOSE TO THE WALMART AND THE 'CAT CAFE' DOWN THE ROAD, (ASSUMING YOU LOVE CATS). DAUGHTER WENT A FEW TIMES.WE HAVE STAYED TWICE IN THE AREA AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. BOOKING PROCESS SIMPLE AND JOANNE THE OWNER WAS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH.

Lovely house - clean, beautiful lake view, enjoyed the hot tub every night, and an easy drive to Disney World. Communication with the host was excellent too. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Orlando villa stay!

Stayed 2 weeks at this lovely villa!. Very spacious inside. Great swimming pool, which was nice and warm. Perfect view of the lake! A great place to sit to eat or chill outside. Check in at the villa was clearly detailed. And the owners are very responsive if needed. Would stay again :)

The property is as accurate as the pictures. The house was clean, the private pool was awesome, my 12 yo loved the game room. There is a walmart 1 mile from the house. Plenty of restaurants near the property. Easy access to the local highways. We had a great time.

Nice property and good location

This house had everything we needed. Lots of space. Well kept and clean. The welcome binder had answers to any questions we had. The owners were great to communicate with. The neighborhood had everything you could need and want.

This was our third time at the villa. Another fantastic trip. Villa spotlessly clean as usual and the location, overlooking the lake, is so peaceful. The villa is close enough to the parks but very relaxing by the pool. Needed to call the management team and their response was great.

Great house in quiet location

The house was in a lovely area overlooking a small lake. The facilitities were exactly as advertised. The pool & spa were lovely. We loved the pool heat especially when using it in the morning. A tranquil place to unwind but not too far from the theme parks.We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property. Downtown Clermont is a nice place to visit too.

Great Stay

Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Pool and spa amazing especially after a day at the parks. Loved watching turtles and birds in pond from the pool!

We stayed at the house, it was very nice. Probably the best thing about staying at a house when visiting Disney is the space and privacy which there is. The pool was very nice and the second floor gives the children a place of their own.

Great Home

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this home. We came for a week at Disney. Everything was very convenient with a short drive to the parks. A hurricane hit during our stay and the home was super safe and we experienced no flooding or damage. Owners were very responsive no matter what questions we had. Cozy alternative to Disney resorts

My friends and I had a nice, relaxing stay here during our vacation! It's only about half an hour from the Disney and Universal parks. After a long day of walking around, it felt good to soak my feet in the spa!

My husband and I have been visiting Orlando for many years, and over the years we have rented many houses in this area. When our family was young, we quickly realized that staying in a house was much more enjoyable with children rather than staying in a hotel room. In addition to this, it was also much more economical, as a house like ours can easily be shared with another family if desired. We purchased this home to use for our vacations. The home was quite well maintained when we purchased it in January of 2015. We have added our own personal flare and upgrades to make it our own, and more desirable for our guests.

We choose this property because of the close proximity to Disney, and because of the water view in the back. The pool/spa area is so peaceful without any rear neighbors, and made private with hedging along the side.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

What makes this home different from all the other rental homes is the privacy in the back yard, and the fact that it backs on to a lake. We are so close to everything, yet the neighborhood is quiet and safe. We have an amazing south facing pool with a lanai and ceiling fan for those hot days when you need a break from the sun, and loads of local wildlife.
