Escape the hustle and bustle and call this spacious getaway home while still being mere minutes to Garden City! Boasting plenty of room for the whole family to spread out, everyone will be able to find their own favorite place to kick back and slip into vacation mode. The five spacious rooms can accommodate five people in each, so a total of 26 lucky guests can enjoy this unique retreat! After a long day on the water, kick back on the spacious deck and soak up the amazing view of Bear Lake with a favorite drink in hand. Take advantage of the full kitchen to whip up a warm meal for the entire family and reminisce with loved ones at the large dining table. Plus, the private boat ramp will be the gateway to endless lake fun while away!

What's nearby:
There will be plenty of adventures to be had on this vacation, as you will be steps away from Bear Lake for a day of fun on the water or relaxing on the sandy beaches nearby. Garden City is 15 miles west with lots of shopping and dining. You can visit the Pickleville Playhouse for some dinner and a show or try a famous raspberry milkshake at one of the area's many shake shacks. Thirty miles north, you can enjoy a day of hiking and sightseeing in the Bear Lake National Refuge. Plus, Beaver Mountain is 30 miles west for a day of skiing and snowboarding to your heart's content during the winter months!

Right on the beach- but run down and has mice

We loved being right on the beach! But we didn’t love musty smell, or the weed infested “grass”. I read in previous reviews that the rocking chair was broken and I assumed it would have been fixed by now. It wasn’t and was a hazard for my toddler. The cherry on top was watching a mouse climb all over the counter including the toaster and our food. Truly awful!

Good location, terrible plumbing

It's a quirky property, but the location right on the beach was nice. There is not really a central gathering place. When the wind picked up we had 20 people crammed inside around the kitchen table trying to play games. The picnic tables on the deck gave us room at mealtime as long as the weather was nice. The plumbing was AWFUL! Apparently it uses well water and there were rocks in the system. The kitchen and bathroom sink didn't work when we arrived so we called the property manager. They sent a plumber in the afternoon of the 2nd day. When he left (after hours of the water being off) we had 1 bathroom with a sink that worked, a leaking toilet and no shower. The other bathroom had a toilet that worked, but the sink did not, and a shower that worked for a little while until it wouldn't turn off and only had boiling hot water. Thankfully someone in our group had a wrench and was able to get the shower somewhat working, and he pulled rocks out of the kitchen sink so we could finally do some dishes. When the plumber left on Friday he said he would try to fix things when he came back Monday after we left. We thought 20 people and 2 bathrooms was going to be rough, but instead we only had 2 half bathrooms. Make sure they have fixed the plumbing before you go.

Perfect place for our family reunion!

Great location and good floor plan for a large group! It was clean and very nice. ..beach access is a great place for kids to play. Couple things to note… the kitchen is the gathering place because the tv room is tiny. The deck and back yard are awesome and roomie. There is no access to the garage, so if it happens to be a raining, you’ll have to come up with a different plan. Bring your own paper products, dish soap and garbage bags. Over all, it was wonderful place and our family had a great time!

Family trip

The family room was not near big enough for a family gathering. Thee railing on the east deck was lose and a safety hazard.

Great place for families

Very clean- we comfortably had 20 people in the home. Kitchen has all things that you need, bedrooms very spacious and comfortable, up-to-date bathrooms…the living room space is smaller to have a lot of people in that room all together although the large balcony which over looks the lake helps to have alternative gathering areas for families. Take the stairs into consideration if you have people with limited mobility. Overall an A+ home for time away from home. We would definitely stay there again!
