Backyard Oasis with Hot Tub and Dog Friendly

This house is so cozy and close to everything! Whether you are looking for a nice romantic weekend away or a family vacation, it is perfect and quiet. Inside, there are beds for 10 people, multiple seating areas for large groups, and games galore. The outside, however, is what sets this house apart! The fully fenced yard is designed as the perfect urban oasis only 4 MILES from Downtown Nashville! There is a hot tub, outdoor furniture and dining, a fire pit, grill, yard games, and MORE!

3 bedroom/2 bathroom single level home with huge screened in porch with outdoor dining area and grill, new deck and hot tub. Fully fenced back yard with fire pit, and yard games. All new furnishings throughout house and plenty of beds for all types of groups. Perfect for large groups, families, bachelorette parties, etc. Plenty of parking in driveway, huge fenced back yard.. You will not be disappointed! This house is approximately 1835 Sq Ft and every inch of common space is maximized for larger groups to gather comfortably. House is stocked with all bathroom and kitchen necessities, and the hot tub is open year-round! Yard games and firewood provided!

Pets are by request only! Please inquire with us about bringing your pet by letting us know some basic information about them. A fee of $100 per pet will be charged if your pets are allowed to stay. Evidence of unauthorized pets will cause a $300 fee to be charged.

Close to 12th South bars and restaurants like Burger Up, Edley's, Bar Taco, Frothy Monkey, Jeni's Ice Cream and MORE!

Relaxing and Convenient location!

Great house in an amazing location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is great and provides easy access to the airport, downtown, and midtown. Shopping and restaurants are nearby if you want to stay close. The neighborhood park is a gem and practically across the street. We travel to Nashville regularly and will definitely stay again.

What a great place to celebrate a friends 40th

House is a great gathering place and has all the amenities close by. Was able to cook a few meals during our stay and hang out around the fire and in the hot tub. Would absolutely recommend this house to anyone.

Spacious, clean and convenient location

Convenient location easy access to many areas of Nashville. Great neighborhood with nearby park. Good bedding and amenities. Kitchen utensils, very clean and tons of space. I will definitely plan to book again.

Our grandson's Senior Trip to Nashville

Such a wonderful home away from home. The owners have thought of everything. The relaxing screened in porch with the hot tub was my haven for morning coffee. The neighborhood is so peaceful. The location is a quick easy commute to downtown.

Choice Property

We were looking for a place to rest and connect with family from Atlanta. This house delivered excellent appointments, perfect location, and truly reflected the host care and concern for their guests. Our well traveled dogs were accepted (even a dog bed and toys) and the fenced yard was ideal. The shining star was the screened in porch and hot tub.

Perfect location and amenities

Ideal location for access to DT and other Nashville hotspots. The layout of the house was perfect and enjoyed the hot tub. We had one minor issue (previous guest had put hot tub into sleep mode) and the owners were able to walk us though how to fix it easily. They checked in later to make sure all was good.

Woodhaven House

This was my second stay at this location. It is perfectly located, just 4 miles from Broadway. Uber drivers where able to pick up and drop off easily. Hosts were flexible and excellent to communicate with. Bonfire and hot tub a plus when you wan to chill for a bit. I will be back for sure!

Great place for our family

Traveled here in late June with my family of four (two teens 14 and 17) along with my sister and her family of five (14, 11 and three year old). Home was clean and appeared as described. Check in was easy and fast. Home was in a very safe neighborhood, close to highways. We were in town for a family reunion in Franklin. We were able to get downtown quickly as well as Franklin. Downtown is about 12 minutes away. We visited the Zoo (10 minutes away) and the Grand Old Opry ( 20 minutes). Would highly recommend. Not in a walkable neighborhood to restaurants/bars if you’re looking for that kind of experience, however.

Perfect home base for our Nashville stay!We were in town for our daughter’s orientation at Belmont University, and this home was ideal - only 8 to 10 minutes from campus. It’s a great spot for families, especially if you’re bringing a dog, and would also be perfect for a girls’ trip. We especially loved the “get ready room” with three daughters in tow!The backyard, hot tub, and covered patio made a great hangout area for our family. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located, with easy access to everything in Nashville. We also loved having a dog park just steps from the house.The home had everything we needed, even a yoga mat and small weights, plus some fun games. The management company was responsive and communicative, though we never had to reach out because check-in and check-out were seamless.We’ll definitely stay here again whenever we’re back in Nashville with the family!

Awesome rental!

We rented this house with another family! It was clean and very well stocked. Renters communicated extremely well. It was located close to downtown. We left a pair of Airpods there and they reached out to the new renters to see if they found them and after they left, they searched the house for them. We had them mailed to us about 10 days later! We would definitely rent from them again!

Perfect, quite location with so many options

The house was exactly as described in the listing. We changed are arrival and departure date on the spur of the moment and the property manager was very accommodating. The house, furniture, furnishings, towels, bedding were all comfy and cozy. I wish there was a way to turn the door alarm off once we were in the house as we had many people coming and going and the alarm/chime that sounded when any door opened was fairly annoying by the end of our stay. We had some minor issues during our stay and the property manager responded quickly and sent out a service tech for the one item she couldn’t troubleshoot herself. The property offered many options to occupy us while we were here. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

Great location. Dog friendly. Clean and Comfortable stay.

My husband, mother and 2 small dogs stayed for 6 nights after traveling to Nashville for a surgical procedure. The house was perfect for what we needed, for our 80 yo mother (single story-though not handicap accessible) and our dogs. There are 3 stairs to get into the house from the car port area and 6 or so to get down into the back yard. The fenced backyard was PERFECT with plenty of room. They have a hot-tub, which looked/smelled clean, and a awesome firepit area with plenty of wood, but unable to enjoy this trip. There are amazing string lights in the backyard as well, but unfortunately, most are burnt out and haven't been replaced. The photos also show plenty of grass and though we stayed in Oct/Nov and there were LOTS of leave the grass in not very thick and when it rained, which it did most days, it was just mud. The house was built in the 50s, but has been updated, so some of the entry ways are small (i.e. unable to get my mother's walker into the guest bathroom, but we made it work). There were also a few things that really needs to be repaired (light bulbs need changing, fresh paint, basic handy man repairs, very slow drain to the guest bathroom sink, etc.). The dishwasher door was broken but a sign was left stating a part was on order. Cousins B&B were GREAT. Communication was good (check in and out) and they inquired about our stay after check-in. I mentioned the sink and said it wasn't urgent to fix during out stay. They did say they would address after we left. Overall, would stay again. No major issues! Just think a few of the little handy man things should be addressed.
