This property fit our large group very effectively, lots of room to spread out. Multiple full bathrooms was key. Great location, lots to do nearby.

We had a great stay with our family. There was plenty of room for us all and fun stuff to keep the kids entertained when we were home. The hot tub took some time the first night to heat up but once it did it did not disappoint. Absolutely beautiful over all and would definitely stay again if we come back to Nashville. Thank you!

Loved the view of the rooftop! The code stopped working during our stay but we were able to get into contact with the property manager! Very happy with our stay

6 of us spent 3 nights here for my husband’s 40th birthday celebration. I will break everything out in a pros/cons list – PROS•Hot Tub – this was by far the best part of the VRBO, it was clean, roomy and worked great•Location was nice and quiet•Each room has an en suite bathroom, this was great for our group!•Plenty of towels, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, etc. CONS•Game Room – the pool table and shuffle board didn’t work great, they leaned to one side. •Pot coffee maker wasn’t working•We couldn’t find the TV remote for the living room TV (we finally found it the last day hidden under the couch cushions)•Couch pillows and bedding could use a refresh •There is nothing within walking distance, we had to Uber everywhere. It was a quick 10-15 minute drive to all the spots we went too but it added up.Overall the host did reply quickly to all of my questions/requests but nothing actually got fixed/taken care of when we were there. If you are looking to stay away from the loudness of Broadway and don’t mind Ubering everywhere this could be a place for you.

The check in process is very easy to do, but after walking through the whole property we found multiple problems in every room. We did not spend a lot of time at the VRBO other than sleeping and showering so we did not contact the host about any of them. I did let them know our concerns when we checked out and that we felt they needed to do a full inspection of their property. They appreciated our honesty about pointing out the issues and said they were going to do a full inspection. When we return to Nashville, we will probably find a different VRBO because of it's location being do close to the highway and hearing nothing but traffic noise.

Very nice place

The stay was amazing. The beds were comfortable. It was very roomy. Air worked perfect for summertime. Extra blankets and pillows. Kitchen was fully stocked. I would definitely book this place again. Great for family vacation and perfect for teenagers. This place was perfect. I didnt want to leave. My only problem is check out time 10am was too early

Great location

Nothing impaired our stay. Spotless. Extremely comfortable. Great a/c and we like it around 65 degrees. Hot tub was easy to heat! We did teach out about no microphones for karaoke, garage code only worked once, and kitchen bar lights never turned on. Had one response with no solutions. However did not impact our stay. The comfort, cleanliness and location were ideal!

We were very disappointed with our stay. The home was not clean on arrival, with visible dust and dirt throughout, and one of the children’s beds even had a bug on it. Because the bedrooms were in such poor condition, we had to buy an air mattress and move the kids into the living room, only to find the pull-out couch was heavily stained and unusable as well.There were also several safety and comfort issues, including loose bathroom tiles, a broken living room window that would not fully close, and a house that was extremely hot when we arrived and took hours to cool down. To make matters worse, communication was poor and the host interaction was rude and unhelpful when we tried to get support.Overall, this stay fell far short of what was advertised and was not acceptable for a family stay. I would not recommend this property to others.

Communication with property mngt was terrible. Both propane tanks were empty and we let them know the first evening we arrived. Was told it would be taken care of, unfortunately it never was. Remotes had dead batteries or none at all. Many light bulbs were burnt out. Dirty dishes in cabinets, floors were dirty as well. Check in was easy, the layout was nice for our family of 9, and location was close to downtown!
