The house was perfect for our group of 8—just as described, clean, and comfortable. We loved using the hot tub and fire pit, and it was only a quick Uber to downtown for a fun night out. The guidebook with local recommendations was a great touch—we tried two spots and both were fantastic, one even with live music. Highly recommend this place for a Nashville stay!

We used the property for a bachelor party and myself and all of my friends had a terrific time. The house was awesome and was in a great location.

Great Visit!

My family and i absolutely loved our stay at this property. It was clean and roomy, was located in a great location, close to many of the popular Nashville attractions, and included a lot of entertainment options within the property.

Great time!

We had a wonderful stay. Very comfortable, great location, and all the amenities. The kids loved the hot tub and enjoyed a night of campfire and s’mores.

Great for groups

We had a group of 8 stay to enjoy the Nashville area. It was a great house to get to get to downtown or any area we needed to. Very clean and provided everything we needed! The hottub was great as we were there when it was chilly. Would definitely stay again!

60th birthday celebration!

The house was exactly what we were looking for so that our group could stay together and just a short Uber ride away from downtown! We had a great time during our stay in Nashville!

Such a clean and wonderful home!

We had such a fun time at Margaret’s home celebrating a birthday with family. It was the perfect spot and the hot tub was such a plus. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful, we would come back!

Great location, relaxing, fun place for family to gather

Our immediate family (6 adults & 2 kids) met in Nashville and had a great stay here. Lots of room for everyone, well stocked, hot tub and deck area were a hit. We rented a car and found it to be a great location, within 10 minutes to everything, grocery store under 2 miles away. Would recommend!!

Great convenient safe private property wheelchair accessible.

Group of 6 stayed here, one being in a wheelchair. The property was described well and so convenient to Downtown Nashville. The owner was very responsive and accommodating allowing us to enter earlier due to flight being earlier. Very clean and spacious!

Family vacation

Property was great. Easily got to it and nice quiet subdivision. Getting into downtown Nashville very quick and easy. Very enjoyable stay and I would stay there again when back to the Nashville area

Hi Jeff, I am so glad you had a great stay at my house. I always accommodate early check ins whenever possible. However I always give the option for the guest to swing by and drop off their luggage if needed which is what you and your group did and were able to begin your vacation here in Nashville.

Relaxing Oasis

This home was the perfect place for a family get away! It was extremely clean upon check in and was well stocked in most items. When not sight seeing, we spent the majority of our time on the back deck and in the hot tub. The deck/fire pit area is a such a private, peaceful, relaxing oasis. Margaret was very attentive and awesome to work with. We would definitely stay there again!

Great House

The house was a quick 15-20 drive to everything we wanted to do and see in Nashville. Grocery and other stores are super close and easy to get to. The home was clean, had plenty of basics, and a great outdoor space. Communication was fast and the check in and check out were simple. A great stay for our family of five!

Thank you for your stay. I am so glad you enjoy your stay. I enjoy hosting large groups and ask them to do their partying downtown and to utilize my house as a place to relax and enjoy. I have had some groups that were not as respectful as your group and so the reason for the rules. You were perfect guests and would welcome you back anytime.
