It was exactly what we were looking for. Quaint, intimate, close to plenty of things that we wanted... I really had nothing to complain about. Absolutely lovely.

This is my favorite place I’ve ever stayed— the owners/ hosts are lovely, and more than accommodating. The property itself is gorgeous, and the guesthouse is perfect. Comfortable, well designed and provisioned with things one might need, clean, and secure. I am a single woman who travels solo more often than not, and I felt as safe and comfortable here as I do in my own home. I will definitely be back.

Pleasant stay at Woodland Guesthouse

The guesthouse was comfortable and offered a peaceful getaway for my extended stay. John and Mary Sue were excellent hosts.

Quaint and quiet!

Very cute loft with all the necessities for a comfortable stay! Property manager was very helpful and friendly. Great little place to stay when you want a quiet neighborhood feel to the end of a long day!

Cozy, Comforting, and Nice People!

The stay was very comfortable and clean with nice hosts! Having a kitchen and selection of dishes was super convenient. Can get a bit hot up on the second story during the summer, but luckily they provide two fans you can use to cool you down that work pretty well! Overall a very nice stay!

NW Pacific vacation

We had a fantastic trip to the Puget Sound area! This cozy studio apartment was perfect after a day of adventuring: serene, private, and full of amenities including washer/dryer access! John & Mary Sue were gracious, unobtrusive and friendly hosts.

Great Scottsdale location!

First time in Scottsdale....meeting my son to hang out for a weekend and take in a baseball game at Chase Field. We had so much fun in Scottsdale, had no idea it was such a happening little town!! The condo has a really nice pool that we used daily, and it is within a decent walk to the main area you'd want to go to. It is super clean and well-stocked....had nice chats with the hosts, and they had great recommendations for restaurants around the area.......we will return again!

Tucked away in the woods

So close to everywhere that we needed to be in the Everett area, but that short drive down the wooded driveway to get there made it feel like a world away. Just as described in the listing, the apartment over the 3-car garage had everything that we needed. John was great at communicating, check in was easy, and we knew he was available had we needed anything.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay!The Woodland Retreat was truly a perfect home away from home! From the moment I booked, the owners were incredibly responsive to every question and communication, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. The check-in process was absolutely flawless, with clear instructions that made arriving and settling in effortless. I also had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners, John, who was warm, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant.The home itself was spotless, beautifully appointed, and thoughtfully organized. Every detail had been considered—even the cabinets and drawers were clearly labeled, making it easy to find everything you could need during your stay. The peaceful woodland setting provided the perfect place to relax and unwind.The location was another huge plus. It offered easy access to the highway and nearby attractions, making it convenient to explore the area while still enjoying the quiet and serenity of the neighborhood when returning home.As a solo female traveler, I especially appreciated how safe and comfortable I felt in this beautiful neighborhood. It gave me complete peace of mind throughout my stay.I will absolutely be staying here again on future visits to the area and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and tranquil getaway. The Woodland Retreat exceeded my expectations in every way and is truly a hidden gem!
