Perfect cottage for a girls weekend! We had such a wonderful time with all the nostalgic details, especially the fridge!! Comfy beds, loved reading and drinking wine on the porch and so convenient to everything. Didn't want to come home!

This sweet cottage is as perfect as described! The beds were comfortable, the porch was perfect for us to enjoy an evening rain. Communication with the owner, Ronnie, was on point! Very attentive! This is definitely a place to return when visiting Clayton!

The hosts were wonderful. The house is decorated so beautifully and was close to hiking spots and other things my daughter and I wanted to do. It offered everything we needed.

We had a wonderful time sitting out on the small, screened porch enjoying the cool night air. The cottage was adorable and equipped with everything we needed. The convenience to downtown Clayton was a real bonus. We hope to book again soon!

Great property and fantastic experience. Would definitely go back! Only gripe would be the beds are a little hard to sleep in for 2 people, but otherwise an awesome place!

My husband and I spent 14 nights at the property. It suited the two of us very well. The area is quite nice, and the cottage is close to a lot of parks, waterfalls and other nice towns.

It was a cute property. Loved the claw foot tub. A little smaller than we thought but it ended up being perfect for a girls weekend. Very close to Clayton.

This property was so charming! Probably one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at, as well. While small, it is cozy and perfectly decorated. The location couldn’t be better. We truly enjoyed our stay!

I would like to thank Ronnie for being so responsive to my requests for information and early Check-In. His responses were very prompt.We had really looked forward to spending time on the front porch, however the road noise, kids playing loudly next door and the constantly barking dogs made that impossible. The cleanliuness of the house was very good and the kitchen was equiped acceptably for light meal prep. The dishes and glassware was very clean and plentiful. The house aminities and supplies were plentiful and met our needs completely.In summary, this is a very cozy little property and should we return to Clayton GA, we would consider staying here again.

This cozy cottage had everything we needed for a delightful summer weekend in Clayton. Comfy beds and seating space, it was perfect for the 2 of us and could probably comfortably accommodate another couple or family of 3-4. We really appreciated the coffee supplies, including quite flavorful ground coffee. (2 types of coffee makers available) Downtown Clayton is a 2 minute drive, technically “walkable” but would be treacherous since the curvy road has no sidewalks.

Probably one of the biggest delights in booking I have experience in many years of traveling and exploration. Great owner, easy check in and out, super comfortable, great location, too much to list that we loved. Took my Mom for Mother's Day there. She fell in love and wanted to buy from the owner. I can only say stop reading this and just go book. Super fun place.

I lived in Rabun County for 20 years and was returning home for my son's wedding. Therefore, I knew exactly where this property was. But I was still surprised by the house! This house represents old mountain living to tee! From the screened front porch with it's comfortable seating, the claw foot tubs in each bathroom, to the authentic old country kitchen that includes a running antique fridge and all the dish ware I remember from my own grandma's kitchen. Being in the middle of Clayton there is easy access to Main Street shopping and eats, and short drives to waterfalls and hiking. Thank you, Ronnie for offering such a wonderful house!

It didn't take long to realize that we needed to devise a plan to live here permanently. I've been a professional photographer for 35 years and love exploring what the world has to offer. No matter where we travel, I'm always counting the days 'til I can get back to Clayton. I am currently a Real Estate Agent in Rabun County. We absolutely love everything about this property. We restored every room, without destroying its 1950 charm. We used it for 4 years as a weekend house, and 1 year as our permanent residence. We could live in 800 square feet just fine, but just had too many furnishings and collectibles to just keep in storage. When we gave up this house, we decided to offer it on VBRO to share it with others.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Location, Location, Location......is what we like about Toole Street. Walking into town for dinner was one of our favorite things to do. We certainly take advantage of all the tourist type of activities that draw people to this area........but we absolutely love the conveniences of Wal-Mart, Home Depot and even the hospital being one mile away.
