Property is beautiful. Home has every thoughtful amenity you could dream of. Host is incredibly attentive, thoughtful and helpful. Pool is such a great space for families to relax. Beaches are close by and lots of restaurants. Home is extremely clean and organized with everything you need labeled. Appreciated all the basics such as toiletries, laundry and kitchen supplies provided. Can’t think of a single thing we needed that was not already provided.

We stayed at Casa Bonita for the month of March 2025, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a cleaner, more well-equipped home. The pool was absolutely fantastic, and we loved having the option to relax in the shade on the lanai. The umbrella over the pool chairs was a great touch, and the terrycloth covers on the sun chairs made lounging even more comfortable. It was also so thoughtful to have sunscreen available for guests—just one of many small details that made a big difference. We found the extra hooks in the bathrooms and closets to be very useful, and the speaker by the pool made it easy to enjoy our favorite music outdoors.

Here are a few things we’ll need to finalize your reservation:

Registered Guests Only: The booking guest must provide the full names of all overnight guests at the time of booking or prior to arrival. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight at the property.

Daytime visitors are allowed with prior approval. However, the total number of people on the property (including visitors) must not exceed the maximum occupancy limit at any time.

Unauthorized Guests:
Any person not listed on the reservation or approved in writing by the host is considered an unauthorized guest. The presence of unauthorized guests may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund, additional fees, and may void any liability coverage under our short-term rental insurance.

Liability Notice:
Our short-term rental liability insurance provides coverage for registered guests. Unauthorized guests and unapproved visitors may not be covered under this policy. The booking guest assumes full responsibility for the conduct and safety of all guests and visitors during the stay.

This system includes seven motion-activated cameras strategically placed around the exterior of the home, recording both audio and video.
