Spacious 1-bedroom plus loft, 2-bath condo located at Sunrise in Mammoth Lakes, in the scenic Meadow area near the pool and spa. Sleeps up to 6 guests and is approximately 1,100 sq. ft.

This bright corner unit offers vaulted ceilings and large windows. Enter up one flight of outside stairs. The first floor features the primary bedroom with a king bed, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and open living room with a queen sofa bed, flat-screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi, pellet stove, and access to a private deck.

The loft is open to the living room below by a half wall and includes a king bed, a twin bed, and the second full bathroom.

Guests enjoy access to Sunrise's community amenities, including a year-round spa and sauna, as well as a seasonal heated pool. Laundry facilities are available on-site with coin-operated machines. Two outdoor parking spaces are included.

Complimentary internet and cable TV are provided; however, no refunds are given for connectivity issues.

Great property located off of old mammoth road and not too far from the shopping center and restaurants. It's a 2nd story unit and was very roomy and comfortable. The loft bathroom shower door rollers were old so you had to "drag" the shower doors a little bit but that's what I would call a "1st world problem"....lol. anyway, the water pressure was great in showers and kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils and plates/glassware. Lots of seating as well - 6 seat dining table and 2 tall bar chairs at kitchen counter. Living room has couch and 2 cool leather chairs that recline and you can literally melt into after a day of fishing/hiking. There were also lots of board games available to play located in a cupboard off of the kitchen.We didn't use pool/Jacuzzi but both were very clean and lounge chairs available. Parking was great - we were able to park next to the unit (note: our stay was on a Sunday - Wednesday). We would stay here again definitely!

Great Stay in Mammoth

Nice condo and a short drive to slopes. Easy access to both Eagle Lodge and Canyon Lodge base areas. Conveniently located near restaurants in Mammoth Lakes. Condo has a lot of space and was perfect for our short ski trip.

Good Place, as advertised

Property was clean, solid snow removal especially for the amount it snowed. Hot tub could have been hotter but overall great place to stay for a ski trip

VRBO Stay

Nice property. Only note is exhaust in kitchen could be improved. Pellet stove is AMAZING. Beds were comfortable.

Very professional management company

The condo suited is just fine as a family of four. It had everything we needed. The property managers did a great job clearing the grounds after a big storm. It was also very easy to get in touch with them Thank you for a very nice stay

owner maintenance issues

The heater at the bottom of the stairs is missing a knob to set the temperature so we weren't able to use it. During our stay 3 of the 5 dining room chairs experienced failures by just sitting gently in them. The mode of failure was the same in each case. The sixth had already failed before our arrival. This was communicated to management. IN addition two other chairs one a bar stool and one other chair, had loose backs so we did not use them to sit in. The map could be better . we misinterpreted it and initially went to the upper lot and the road map did not completely show the road. Also putting in the address did not get us to the office. Maybe there should be a different address. 103 Meadow does not seem t oexist.

Mammoth

Great location. Super close to the bus to take to the mountain. The place needs some upgrades. Very very outdated. The furniture is a little gross. The chairs all were stained with who knows what. Bedroom bed was comfy for sure. However, the sleeper sofa was absolutely terrible.
