Summary:
Horizons 4 is a great condo complex located just off of Old Mammoth Road.
The Space:
This prime location puts you within walking distance to several shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. During the winter, the Green Line Shuttle (a free service) stops nearby the complex and travels to the Eagle Lodge and The Village. During warmer season, enjoy the close by hiking/biking trails and golf courses.
The living room has 2 couches and a loveseat placed next to the fireplace. On a chilly night or after a day on the slopes, light the wood burning fireplace to warm yourself and set a cozy ambiance. There is a flat screen TV nearby, so you can end your nights watching a movie with your loved ones. A DVD player and WIFI are provided for your entertainment.
The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, drip coffee maker, blender, slow cooker, pots/pans and more. There are updated white appliances and a generous amount of counter space. The dining table is steps away with seating for 6.
The doors to the balcony are also nestled away in this corner. Step outside to enjoy your private balcony and the surrounding views. Firewood is often stored out here for your free use.
The master bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, a Twin bunk bed, small TV, and has an attached bathroom. The master bathroom has a standalone shower and spacious vanity. Down the hall is the guest bedroom. This bedroom is similarly arranged with a Queen bed and a Twin bunk bed. A guest bathroom is available with a shower/tub combo and separate vanity.
There are 2 outdoor parking spots with permits. The community sauna, hot tub, rec room, and laundry facilities are available year round. The recreation room has a ping pong table, pool table, and video games. The communal pool, tennis court, picnic area, and BBQ stations are only available during the summer.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
