NOW OPEN! The 1865 Building features a private speakeasy club on the basement level of the main building. As our guest, you will have full access to the 1865 Club which features a full bar, craft cocktails, light food & music! The hours are Wednesday through Friday 4-11 and Saturday through Sunday 12-11.

This is the PERFECT location for Bridgestone concerts, Titans football, Broadway day drinking, spring graduations from Vanderbilt, Belmont, and more!

Great little place. Out of the noise of downtown, but a 5 min ride away.

Great value near downtown. Perfect location to all the fun of Nashville, but quiet when you need to rest!

A nice place to stay out of the bustle of Broadway but close enough to get anywhere by a short uber ride. It was a clean well-stocked apartment. We had a very nice stay. Thanks for a good time.

Great for Honeymoon Trip to Nashville

My husband and I stayed the weekend to visit Nashville as part of our honeymoon and it was incredible. It was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The location is a quick Uber/Lyft ride to everything you’d want to see but set back enough that it was quiet so you could sleep.

Quaint and clean

A very nice and clean one bedroom. Perfect for a long weekend getaway. Close enough to the main attractions. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.
