The property was very clean. The pool was great! Easy walk to Broadway and Nissan Stadium. Great communication with the host. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay. Close enough to Broadway to walk or a quick Uber. The Cumberland River is behind the apartment boats, barges and some wildlife to watch while having morning coffee on the patio. The apartment was clean. We had to wait for the cleaning crew to get done, (we arrived hour after check-in). Fun Nashville decor in the dining area. Pool was good. The gym was under renovation so did use. Would definitely stay again. Felt safe. Communicating with Raicine was easy.

Unit was clean, not too far from Broadway and easily accommodated our group of 5. Only negative was the gym. Limited equipment and they did not work.

Great place!!!

The condo was very cute, clean and close to everything! The parking lot was covered which was great when it rained. The pool area was great and clean. We will definitely be back!

Outstanding Stay & Great Downtown Location

Stayed here for 4 nights to spend time in Nashville and catch up with friends. Location was perfect. Short walk to downtown and the best part was it’s in the off-beaten part of the city. Yet still had plenty of bars and restaurants available.

Great Property for a Group

We came down for a whirlwind weekend and enjoyed our stay. It's just a short ride away from all the things we were interested in downtown. Convenient and clean.

Good for a girls trip

This is not a 5 star resort, but it was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located if you’re looking to stay in Germantown. Slept 5 girls comfortably and the extra 1/2 bath and large mirrors were great!
