Great space with separate private entrance, large bedroom and living area. Gated parking, wifi, and the rain shower is unbelievable. Close to one of the many beautiful Nashville's nature parks. Need to do some shopping during your stay; Opry Mills mall is just minutes away. The downtown district is a short 10 minute drive. The space is part of the home but is completely separate from our living area so you have complete privacy. Thanks for taking a look and see you soon.
The space

With the use of the sleeper sofa and the queen bed can sleep 4. If the sleeper sofa is used; linens are in the bottom drawer of the dresser under the TV. Desk with a desktop computer for you to use during your visit.

We really enjoyed our stay. I could definitely see us staying again. The studio was a lovely space and very convenient to everything we wanted to do. The space was clean, quiet, and the hosts answered all our questions in a timely fashion. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Loved the place! Definitely a nice place to stay if you do not wanna be right in the middle of all the hustle of the city. All the main attractions were with 5 miles. Will definitely stay again.

Our stay was perfect. The location was located perfectly between downtown and other sites. Communication was clear and direct. I would absolutely recommend this location for your Nashville stay.

Place was very clean. There were thoughtful details which made the stay comfortable and convenient. Bed was very comfortable and linens were quality and not overly fragranced. Larry was friendly and communicative.

2nd time staying here. Couldn’t get my email to upload when we got there Friday night to check in so couldn’t get the door code. Called Larry and he was very helpful. Easy to get a Uber to downtown. Place is nice and clean! Definitely will stay here again.

Space was clean and well-outfitted for a short term stay. Host was welcoming and accessible. The iron and ironing board were an excellent and useful addition. Will likely stay again if we return to Nashville in the future.
