Cozy Basement Studio Suite in Nashville's Quiet Inglewood

Welcome to your cozy home away from home in Nashville's quiet Inglewood neighborhood on the East Side! During your stay you can relax in your private basement suite with private entrance, fenced outdoor space, full bathroom, kitchenette, full-size (not queen or king) bed, and sleeper sofa.

Walk to parks (one just across the street!) or drive to downtown Nashville, Opryland, Five Points, Shelby Bottoms/Shelby Park, Germantown in 10-15 minutes. We're conveniently located to venues like Ascend, Bridgestone, Grand Old Opry & Nissan Stadium.

This studio suite has an open living and sleeping area, along with a private bathroom, and a fully appointed kitchenette with single serve coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle, and microwave.

House rules include no smoking, no pets, no firearms, quiet hours enforced between 10pm and 7am, no unregistered overnight guests, and no parties.

Clean, affordable and quiet neighborhood. Suited our needs for comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Coffee pods available for that first cup. We were gone all day. Not necessarily suited for families with small children or for long stays in the suite. Great communication with host.

Positively Perfect!

The detail that went into setting up this stay is absolutely impressive! From the smallest of items in toiletries to a snack basket and a full binder of information I was so thankful that I chose this location and the extremely kind and accommodating hosts that run it. If you are debating you should definitely choose this location not only for its amazing accommodations but it's precious neighborhood without being in the mix of all downtown yet not far away. 10 out of 10, two thumbs up and all the good things!

Perfect!

My friend and I stayed here for the weekend when we came for the Colts-Titans game. Elizabeth‘s communication was superb and the space was cozy, clean, and well-appointed. Their home is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood and we had no concerns for our safety. We easily Ubered to/from downtown. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We stayed here for a weekend concert. Very cozy and nice neighborhood. Perfect place for a quick uber ride to downtown. Off the street parking too which I appreciate. We will definitely book again when we come back!!

Nice was reasonably clean ours was a one night stay. Navigating the stairs and entrance was a little tricky one reason it was raining. The host was nice and helpful.

Great little place to stay!

We are two friends that were passing through Nashville and staying a couple of nights. This accommodation suited us perfectly. Elizabeth had the sofa bed made for my friend and there were lots of extras like coffee, snacks and toiletries. We ubered to downtown and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This was perfect !!! Just what we needed. Allowed us to be close to downtown, short Uber ride, but not too close. We got to spend time with our granddaughter from SC. Couldn’t ask for me. Highly recommend !!!

Wonderful

The basement studio was perfect for our needs, the space was clean and Elizabeth checked in on us via messaging so we knew she would be available if needed. We spent most of our time with family out of the space but It was a nice cool, quiet place to come back to each night and even for an afternoon nap as needed.

Whether we are reading books, going to live shows, or eating one of the many unique restaurants Nashville has to offer, we are always enjoying living in Music City and are excited to welcome you to The Basement Studio of our home.

We live in the home upstairs while renting The Basement Suite. We always give guests their privacy but live on the property if you need us or have questions.

Since we live upstairs you may hear us walking around. (Note that on week days we will be up and getting ready for school early.)

The Basement Suite is conveniently located on the east side of Nashville and is a short drive to downtown, Opryland area, and less than 2 miles from the interstate access for convenience to all areas of town without the high price of downtown rentals!
