Experience luxury coastal living at Phoenix IX 1408, a stunning 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath East corner condo offering 2,375 sq. ft. and sleeping up to 10 guests. Overlooking the sparkling Gulf of Mexico and just steps from miles of sugar-white sand, this exceptional retreat delivers panoramic views and unmatched comfort.

This spectacular corner unit features wraparound floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing every room—including all three bedrooms—to showcase breathtaking Gulf views. Each bedroom is en-suite and offers private balcony access, ensuring every guest enjoys a peaceful retreat and their own incredible vantage point. Balcony access is also available from the living room, making it easy to enjoy morning coffee or sunset cocktails overlooking the emerald waters.

The spacious open layout creates the perfect gathering space. The fully stocked kitchen allows the chef in your group to stay connected while preparing meals, and the large living area is ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. Additional conveniences include a sleeper sofa, a half-bathroom, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Located just 0.3 miles from the Flora-Bama, this condo places you within easy walking distance of restaurants, entertainment, liquor stores, and exciting water sports.

Guests of Phoenix IX enjoy premier resort-style amenities including a beachside outdoor pool, kiddie pool, heated indoor pool, indoor tennis court, fitness center, hot tub, grilling area, covered parking, and a private boardwalk leading directly to the beach.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Beautiful views, well equipped and stocked room. Our only problem was small bed size. We had 7 females one king bed. We would like to recommend another king and 2 queens for the other rooms, the space seemed to make it possible. We thoroughly enjoyed the room, the views and the condo as a whole. Thank you

This condo is literally perfect! The location, the beach, and views from the 14th floor balcony are amazing. It feels & lives a lot bigger too. We had 7 people and felt like we had room for 7 more. The space is great!

Everything about the area is beautiful and the building was so safe and clean. Our unit had incredible views. The property management answered any questions promptly. One little detail that should be noted... the unit did have hair dryers. I had asked twice about this and had been told no. It's not a deal breaker at all but when you're trying to pack light, that's the last thing you want to bring. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely lovely property with beach views from every room. So nice to have a bathroom in every room too. We were lucky and able to check in a couple hours early for a small fee which was a nice surprise. Check in and parking pass was really easy. Beach access was great. Had one small maintenance issue and they were very communicative and polite. Note: there is a drip AND k-cup coffee machine in the unit.

Property was as pictured-beautiful space, very well stocked. All property staff were very friendly, and Host was very responsive.The only issue we had was that there’s a charge for early check in, room was ready early but we would have been charged incrementally by the hour to check-in early.

Everything about the place was fantastic! We loved the size, location, the amenities, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to make meals (pots, pans, utensils, air fryer, etc) which helped with any meals we did not want to eat out.

Beautiful condo! It's hard to find one with 3 bedrooms that ALL have a view of the ocean. The kitchen had absolutely everything needed, nice pans, dishes, etc. It was definitely home for the week. Had a great stay.

Breathtaking Views!We had an incredible stay! The photos truly don’t do the view justice—waking up to the sound of the waves and having coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise was the highlight of our trip. The location is unbeatable, and being just steps from the sand made everything so easy. We will definitely be back!

Check in should be easier for those arriving after 5:00pm, office closed. No information sent ahead of time. Horrible TV issues, parental controls could not be removed, Ethernet was not able to be connected, unable to stream in main FM, only in bedrooms. Management had to send people to work on TVs two times, never completely handled. Some of the bar stools were broken and unable to sit in. Management had to come and make repairs. Outside furniture very uncomfortable and filthy cushions. Kitchen appliances and pots and pans new and very nice. You have a lovely condo with an amazing view….with less than average attention to details. Details matter at the price you are charging!
