This townhome has just been completely remodeled and is exquisite. The large outdoor deck has also been enlarged. This 2400 sq. ft. townhouse is on the golf course with 3 separate master suites, large deck, and 2 car garage. Great mountain views. Easy access to all activities. On the free bus route. Large flat screen TVs in each bedroom and also in the dining room. Gas BBQ, CD/ipod player, DVD/VCR player, and internet access. Minutes to Sun Valley Lodge and the ski mountains. Cross country ski out your backdoor. Adjoining beautiful townhouse available for family or corporate retreats. Fantastic accommodations for a vacation during all seasons.
The 3rd upstairs master suite is very large with sleeping accomodations for 4. The unit is great for 2 families of four.

This was perfect for our family and my parents that don’t get around easy anymore. The location was wonderful and the host was outstanding.

Home away from home

Great location with easy access to all of the Sun Valley amenities. Nicely done condo with large bedrooms and attached bathrooms. Would stay there again!

We can’t wait to be back!

We truly enjoyed our time here. We realize we are likely a unique guest as we have many young children. The property actually worked so well for us. We loved the pool options and proximity to all things Sun Valley. The beds were so comfortable. As a young family the only thing that we could have benefitted from was a pack and play. However we were able to borrow one from a family friend. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Best VRBO ever!

We had absolutely the best family vacation ever! We gathered from East and west, north and south in Ketchum Idaho for a great week together. We rented two townhouses side by side overlooking the golf courses in Elkhorn Village. Steve made everything so easy. My favorite was the joined shaded porches where we caught up with our family after a long stressful year. Thank you Steve! Great place to visit.

Very nice home!

Nice property, deck, location, and communication with the manager. Beds are very comfortable, and the TV/Cable setup is excellent, including full DVR service.

We had a great weekend with our family making memories with our son before he leaves for college at this beautiful property in Elkhorn! The townhome was very clean, great views of the Elkhorn golf course, and perfect location in Sun Valley. Would stay here again and again! Great Sun Valley Stay!

The townhome is beautifully decorated and is in a great location. We had everything we needed in the townhome and the kids loved access to a pool within walking distance. The golf course view is also beautiful.

Elkhorn Getaway

The Condo was well set up with a bathroom in each bedroom. the location right on the golf course made sitting outside fun to watch the golfers. The pool and hot tub were within walking distance. I would definitely rent this place again.

Comfortable townhouses , convenient location and everything we needed was there.

This is our 3rd time staying in Elkhorn Village @ Fairway Nine. Our large ski group needs both units side by side and this property fits the bill perfectly. It is half a block to the bus stop so super convenient to transportation. The townhouses are very comfortable, well decorated & furnished and appointed with everything we need to enjoy our stay. We will be back on our next ski vacation to Sun Valley .

Nice Vacation Rental

This is a very nice rental and we enjoyed our five night stay here. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful deck on the golf course and the gas grill. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The coffee pot did not work which was a disappointment. We felt the list of cleaning to do upon checkout was excessive in comparison to many other rentals we have stayed at. For example, vacuuming the floors and washing all the sheets. This is a very comfortable home and I would recommend it.

A spectacular home in pristine surroundings.

We were delighted with this property. The listing accurately described the space but failed to capture its charm! The hospitality provided by the owner was superb and evidenced thru everything from the advance communication to the delivery of a well-maintained property. We would recommend this villa to others. Our activities were centered around easy access to the solar eclipse viewing, to convenient fly fishing and to hiking. We enjoyed the closeness of the running/biking trail and took advantage of it. If available, we would have enjoyed the golf course. We look forward to coming back in both summer and winter months.

We stayed in this lovely spacious home last week with two other couples and it could not have worked out more perfect for our ski vacation. It is located within minutes of everything in a very nice part of Elkhorn. The house is beautifully furnished and appointed with everything that you could possibly need. We cooked several meals in as the kitchen was equipped with just everything you would want and more. The three bedrooms all had their own bathrooms en suite which was very nice and private for each couple. They all are "master bedrooms". This home would be great for any couples, family, or single persons getaway. The owner was great to work with and assessable. I highly recommend this home and definitely look forward to going back.

Sun Valley Vacation

Stayed in this house for a week with a family of three including a two year old and a single adult child and it worked beautifully. We used the deck a lot with views over the ninth hole at the Elkhorn Golf Club which sort of turned into a play ground after 6 pm with children playing and dogs being let to run. The house had everything you could want in terms of pots, pans, glasses, flatware, washer, dryer, dishwasher and it all worked. We did eat out a lot but could have whipped up gourmet delights if we had wanted to. We had access to a garage. The owner also arranged amenity cards through the Elkhorn Association which provided access to the Elkhorn pool, golf course and tennis courts. It was a great family time and the house worked perfectly for our purposes.

Peaceful, spacious getaway in Sun Valley

We are long time Sun Valley visitors both summer and winter and know Elkhorn well. this is by far the nicest rental we have stayed in -- furnished beautifully and equipped with plenty of linens and everything you need for a few days or a few weeks -- which we spent last July. The location is perfect and this corner unit /duplex is a great home away from home. We made it ours for three weeks and regretted having to leave....well, we always hate to leave SV! The kitchen is well laid out and there is not only plenty of space to entertain guests, the duplex is cozy enough for just a couple - even though there are two additional bedrooms upstairs. The master is on the main floor, which is great for those who don't want to climb stairs, thus making it great for living all on one level. We found the price to be competitive, especially for the space, the quality of the furnishings and the level of the remodel. Fairway Nine is on the shuttle bus route so summer and winter there is great access to Ketchum and the ski slopes. Superb!!! We plan to return in 2016... :)

Terrific Place, Tons of Space, We Can't Wait to Return!

I recently rented this spacious town home for a wedding we attended in Sun Valley. We were traveling with 3 adult couples, and we appreciated the private en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of pots and pans, dishes, utensils, etc. We really appreciated the spices and oils in the pantry. The beds were all equally comfortable. TV's in every room, although we never watched them because there was too much fun to be had outdoors. The owner, Stephen Moreland was very professional to deal with. I would highly recommend this rental, year-round. We want to return to enjoy some skiing as a family!

Beautiful and Comfortable Townhome

This is a wonderful townhome with great amenities and at a fantastic location. Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely place and we hope to be back next year. The townhome was clean and spacious and has high ceilings and large window to let in lots of light. Everything was very comfortable. It was nice to have bathrooms off of every bedroom. It was also very nice to have a garage for storage of bikes etc. We also enjoyed the wonderful patio and grill overlooking the golf course. We found the owner of this property to be very accessible and always got back quickly with any questions. I would defiantly recommend this place to friends and family.

Fantastic Elkhorn Townhouse

This is a fantastic townhouse, plenty of space for the whole family (3 bedrooms each with their own bath, TV). The attached garage is great for storing gear (bikes, fly rods, backpacks, etc.). As others have mentioned, the back deck is very spacious with two umbrella tables and a gas grill. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this townhouse.

Sun Valley is a special place for us. We met here 30 years ago and have been returning ever since. We love all the seasons, but particularly winter and summer. Our kids now share the same love for sun valley and idaho. We are either here in the mountains or in the ocean off san diego.

This townhome is unique with all its open space, great mountain views, and ease of access to all the outdoor activities we love to do. We have views of Dollar mountain and Baldy for our living room and deck. We are on the bike path and frre bus route. I can go biking right out our door. We are minutes from skiing and fishing.

We have 3 separate master suites, each with a private bath. A very spacious open unit with vaulted big beam ceilings. Great for 2 families of four as well. Sleeps eight easily. A big deck for BBQs. The complex has its own jacuzzi and pool. But we alaso get use of all the elkhorn amenities including year round large outdoor jacuzzi, 2 summer large outdoor pools, and tennis courts.
