Luxury Oceanview Villa at Beach Villas at Ko Olina Resort

This luxury villa is located in the Beach Tower (closest tower to the ocean and beach) on the 5th floor in the stack next to the end cap ocean front villas (B507). It has been professionally decorated and furnished. You'll be impressed with the spectacular ocean view from every room. The spacious lanai is accessed through not only the living area but also the master bedroom. The sliding glass doors open allowing the living area to become part of the lanai. The lanai also overlooks the amazing lagoon style pool. The spacious villa is 1,486 square feet and has a king size, queen size, two twin size beds (option to combine together) and a queen size sofa bed.

Please note the kiddie pool will close for repairs starting 10/13 and reopens 10/24.
The fitness center is closed from 9/29 for upgrades and maintenance. Reopening date has not been provided by the resort.

The Beach Villas at Ko Olina is the first private resort on Oahu in 25 years. The resort is located along the sunny western coast just 20 miles from downtown Honolulu and 27 miles from Waikiki. Located among four lagoons, swimming, snorkeling and sunbathing is just steps away from the resort. The nearby marina provides numerous opportunities such as whale watching and scuba diving. The J.W. Marriott is just next door providing various restaurants to choose from. For golfers, play the championship golf course designed by Ted Robinson and home to the LPGA.

The Beach Villas at Ko Olina located on Honu Lagoon (lagoon two) is becoming the favorite choice for vacations.

Relaxing and all I wanted

This was a beautiful place that provided all we wanted from our vacation. Relaxing with pool and beach access, quiet at night, yet a convenient location to get to Waikiki and all of Oahu’s other attractions.

Family Vacation

This was the perfect place to stay for our vacation. It was so quiet and peaceful! The lagoon was so calm and our kids could swim with no fear. We went to wakiki honolulu and north shore but all the people id never want to stay there. This location was worth every penny we spent!

Gorgeous view, great location

This 5th floor pool and ocean view villa has a beautiful view. It was nice having a full table on the deck so we could eat outside and play games. The pools are really nice and we enjoyed the walking trails along the beach and the calmness of the ocean in the lagoon. The beach is beautiful. This until had everything we needed.

The perfect place to stay!

We were so thrilled with our villa and the property! We had different kid, age ranges and adults, and there was some thing for everyone to do! The room had everything we needed in it plus more! The view was absolutely gorgeous. The pool was stunning and the pond area was so much fun! There was even someone there to rent paddle boards, and that was a blast! Would definitely recommend, and would stay here again, in the future!

Perfect Location

We were a group of 6, three couples (all over the age of 53) and we loved our stay here in Ko Olina in this condo. Having three bedrooms with three washrooms was perfect for our group. The best part of the condo was the lanai. We had the doors open whenever we were there - the view is breathtaking. Some people in previous comments were not happy with the 'brown land' looking out in the distance. We thought just the opposite - so much better than having a building close by - there was nothing blocking our view from the ocean and palm trees. There were a few things that needed attending to and we got pretty quick service from the owner. We would definitely recommend this condo and would be very happy to return one day.

Fun family stay

We had no problems with booking or any communication. Staff at the location was wonderful and the owners communicated well and returned messages promptly. The actual condo was fantastic and had tons of room. We had 6 adults and a 5 year old. There was beach items and child items along with towels for us all. The views were amazing and we were at the pool daily. There’s only 2 minor downsides but neither are really bad just things we found out along the way. 1- there are 2 parking spots which is nice however it’s kind of hard getting in the first one as it’s right by the entrance/exit of the parking garage. Thankfully the spots near it were empty which made it easier to park. 2- if you plan to do anything near Waikiki or downtown for sure do it early as we found out traffic starts around 2:30pm and is practically a stand still. Check in and check out was great and Louie who helped take our bags and was able to answer questions was fantastic!!! If we visit again we will stay here!!!

WOW FAMILY VACATION

This condo is great! It was myself, my husband and 3 grown kids (34, 31, 27). The place feels like a resort with the pools and hot tubs. (We did not use the sauna or steam room) The beach/lagoon is perfect! There is no worries about big waves or under tow, just relaxing and the views are gorgeous. The condo itself is good, we had just one problem, the oven took an hour and 45 minutes to preheat twice. It put a damper on preparing dinner. I was going to call maintenance but my daughter heard someone else complaining about it so i didnt bother and we had no real plans to cook again. We walked down to the Marriott Longboards and it was delicious. Our last night we watched the sunset and it was unbelievable. We should have done it alot more. Staying at Ko Olina is a drive any where you might want to go for activities or sight seeing (except their marina, we did a catermran/snorkel trip from Ko Olina marina and it was great), but I knew that going into our vacation. The beach villas is just perfect! I personally can not wait to go again.

Beautiful Villa

We really enjoyed staying at the Beach Villas at Koolina. The pictures could not capture the beauty of the place! We did have a couple hiccups during check in. When I called the contact person to see if we could store our bags early knowing that our check in wasn’t until a few hours later, we were told that it wasn’t a problem and someone would meet me there to handle the bags. The person that was supposed to meet me there didn’t show, but it wasn’t that huge a deal. We were also told our check in would be at 4 but when we were brought up by our guide the cleaning crew was still in deep clean mode. We waited another 30-40 minutes downstairs until they finished up. Again, not a huge deal but something that did come up. Other than that, the place was clean, stocked nicely, in a beautiful location, and we loved waking up and eating on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful property

The condo is lovely with excellent views. We appreciated the amenities such as beach towels, chairs, etc. Communication was not good between the front desk and our cleaning person who greeted us and got us oriented to the property. We were directed to the wrong parking space and immediately received a ticket citation. The next day we had another ticket on the windshield because one of the car tires was on the white line of the parking stall. We also received a ticket for leaving a towel on the lanai overnight. All of these occurrences were honest mistakes, not intentional. It made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the property. The condo and location were fantastic, and the owners had excellent communication. I'm not giving a 5 star rating due to the very small parking spaces and excessive ticketing by the property management. This is in no way a reflection on the owners

Retirement 2022 trip

The location was Beautiful, it’s a drive and with traffic it takes a Very Very long time to get there. Once there the property managers were some what nice, but very Unaccommodating when it came to questions and parking. Had a Full size Suburban and had me park in the very small garage, when I asked for another spot was treated rudely. There “security” is a joke they tag you for violations when it comes to parking but they (security vehicle)parks in handicap parking and nothing is done. I brought this to management attention and they just surged it off as in “oh well”. So I complained that I was tagged for a big vehicle trying to park in small spot, but you guys can violate and it’s no big deal. Owners of property did not communicate at all sent them several (meanin 3 or 4) messages and got nothing back. But their place is super nice, very clean, with a great view. Over all rating a 3 out of 5 just because of distance traffic property management and lack of communication with owners. View , condo, 5. But 0 stars cause bar pool and hot tube close at 9pm every night…. So no socializing. Pool is not heated during winter and the beach/lagoon sand was not kept clean of garbage or debris….

It was a beautiful property that had a great ocean view, great walking path, beautiful pools, a little tiki hut to get drinks and nice workout facility. Staff were very pleasant at check in. The condo had a lot of space for our family. It felt very safe and quiet.

Family moon

Our youngest recently married and we celebrated with this trip. We had 6 of us most of the week and 8 for one night in our space. The resort was beautiful and view was great. I’m glad we only had one night on sleeper sofa, that was rough. We also enjoyed meals on the lanai but the oven and cook top took forever to heat. And the dead plants need to be removed. The large table inside was great for games but the chairs need new foot pads because they are heavy and make Terrible noise when you pull them out. The carpet could be cleaned or replaced soon but the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the beach chairs. We would definitely come back.

Amazing Resort!

This resort is beautiful! We loved being away from the busy Waikiki area. We did end up traveling about 45 min to a hour most days to go see various parts of the island. Traffic can be challenging, but that’s expected with any large city. For us, it was worth the drive time to stay in a more peaceful, relaxing and less crowded location. The lagoons are perfect for families with younger kids with no waves. We loved the pool area and our two youngest always looked forward to Koi feeding time. Having coffee in the morning and dinner on the large patio was absolute bliss. We had everything we needed for cooking all meals in the kitchen. The unit has plenty of beach chairs, cooler, snorkel gear and boogie boards. All beds were very comfortable. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this beautiful property and unit. The staff is amazing and the host/owners were very quick to reply with any questions we had. Don’t hesitate, just book this rental, you won’t regret it!

Ko Olina Beach Villas is an amazing resort that's new to the area! It's located close enough to Honolulu allowing easy access to the airport and to the shopping and beaches of Waikiki. Conveniently just steps away from the resort is the lagoon and sandy beach. This lagoon is calm and great for swimming as well as for children wading in the water. There's even fish to see for those who love to snorkel! The four lagoons along the coast are connected together by a sidewalk providing a pleasant walking excursion and allowing easy access to the various restaurants. This resort just has it all for a laid back Hawaii vacation of doing nothing but enjoying the sun and beach and for those wanting to be tourists and enjoy the adventures Hawaii has to offer.
