We had a great stay in this property. Our 3 children had a blast in the lagoons and the pools. It was a few min walk to the lagoons which was very convenient as we have a toddler. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely come back again.

My family and I had a great stay at this location. The condo was very nice and they even provided a shower bench for my mother who is currently wheelchair-bound. I was also able to check in a couple hours early and pay for a half-day evening checkout at 6 PM. Only real issue was with the amenities available for electric vehicles; the facility did not have appropriate charging stations for Tesla and only made their stations available from 10 PM to 8 AM. The facility would not even allow me to park there at 8:30PM to wait for the charger to be available, despite the stations being located in an entirely different tower than the one we were staying (and my having an assigned parking space for the villa, which would negate the need to park illegally?) During my stay there was maybe one other vehicle using 1 out of 8 of these very slow charging stations, and they still called me to move my car with the expectation I move it back exactly at 10 PM. very poor customer service. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Beautiful place and location!

The condo was just lovely. We liked the wall of windows/doors we could open to enjoy indoor/outdoor living. The pools and grounds at the beach villas was great for grandparents, parents, and our toddler/baby.

A wonderful time in a great space!

We brought my adult children for a wonderful nine day stay there. It was absolutely amazing, we had a wonderful time. All of the amenities were accessible and easy. We also had use of beach equipment provided by the apartment.

Overall the stay was great but some minor things that we noticed that aren't necessarily deal breakers for most I think. Most if not all the furniture are pretty worn out (counter seats are loose and a couple creak pretty loudly, beach equipment were pretty old and had stains, some drawers don't work very well, some kitchen cabinet doors felt like they were about to fall off, fry pans and pots are pretty worn out, etc). Some of the furniture pics are inaccurate (lanai dining table is not what is shown). View is great though and location to the beach access is also great.

Overall good.

Just a couple things is the only comfortable sitting were the couches. Bringing in either more comfortable bar stools or the chairs would be nice. The vacuum was brokennand the phones didnt work but overall it was an enjoyable stay.

close to water and conveniences

Our condo was very well worn with 2 chairs in main room ripped and strings hanging from. The entire condo could use an update for the price you pay to stay here. While we were staying here we purchased a time share next door where we had originally wanted to stay. No where to store anything in kitchen. We had the counters full of groceries the entire time as all the cabinetry in kitchen was full of dishes. Just enough flatware for one meal with family. The fitness facility was very nice.

Ko’olina

We were visiting Oahu for a funeral, 6 adults. We stayed for 9 nights. The outstanding feature of the condo is the Lanai. The doors open up the length of the lanai We spent most of our time there. It was very nice with beautiful views. The master suite is very nice and bed was comfortable. The second bedroom was fairly small and the bed not very comfortable. The third bedroom had two twin beds which wasn’t meant for adults. The beds bring too short. So be aware if you have all adults in your party. The sofa is a sleeper but again is in the main area so was disturbing for anyone sleeping there and other family waking up early. And that bed is not comfortable, either. Even though we enjoyed the area and beach bar I would not stay in this specific condo mainly because 2 of the three bedrooms not being comfortable for sleeping for 6 adults.

Perfect for the Family! Beautiful place!

First off, pay close attention to fees or other tacked on costs beyond daily rate- although worth it, this property gets pricey when it's all added up. The property is amazing! Biggest plus is total size and 3 bedrooms with baths for complete privacy and comfort- such a nice place! Check in was super easy! Pam was our rep and she couldn't have been nicer or more thorough. The balcony view and outdoor living is fabulous. To the east though, you see the industrial area where the Marriott property next door blocks a lot of the unsightly towers and tanks- just look towards the ocean and it's a terrific view (not a big deal but you can't see it in the photos and it did surprise us). The pool and lagoon areas are so beautiful! It's a little bit of a circuitous walk from the farthest tower to the beach, but passing both pools, koi pond, and pool bar is pleasant (but takes a few minutes, especially loaded down). The pool was a bit frustrating as chairs and "camp" areas filled up fast. Because of the natural beauty of the pool area, it's limited space- just be aware. Some people are rude and try to save spots by putting towels down early, but don't let that stop you from taking over :-) The lagoon is so cool! It's great for little kids or adults that want ocean water without the waves and if you just want to lay out in the sand, but if you want to mix it up in the surf, you'll need to get into the car and drive to whichever beach suits you (closest was about 10 min drive). Ko Olina is a gorgeous resort and away from the busy metro-Honolulu, which is a plus, but to get to some key island sites like the North Shore, you're looking at a 45min to hour drive depending on time of day (20 min to Pearl Harbor, 30'ish to Waikiki). It was fine with us having 2 rental cars (and the drives are quite scenic). Our entire family was over the top pleased and would recommend this property to anyone. Book now!
