Hamptons mid-century WATERFRONT house! Three-bedroom home with private dock on a canal leading into stunning Shinnecock Bay. Walk to the bay beach or take a short 10 minute drive to the ocean beach. Charming, clean and cozy, This open floor plan home will make you feel welcome! Free wireless internet, 75 inch flat screen home theatre system, central air, large backyard deck with ample seating, new fire pit table with couch, gas grill, outdoor shower , bicycles and a laser sailboat! Go fishing or crabbing off the backyard dock.
Comfy three bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 full) and all the other amenities of home. Semi-finished basement with additional large flat screen tv and den area. Enjoy a sunset cocktail overlooking the bay or a morning run in the nearby nature preserve. Walk to shop at the farmers market, or pick up freshly caught fish at one of the nearby fish stores. Go shopping in Southampton or enjoy a night out on the town. Dock your speedboat, sailboat or kayak behind the house on your private dock and take off for a day of exploring the beaches or a night of dock and dine at nearby waterfront restaurants.

Our stay

We loved this house! It was clean and near the water, looking over the canal. We were close to beaches and restaurants. The house was comfortable to live in. Thank you to the owners for letting us rent it!!

Perfect Family Getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay. The community and neighborhood was great. Beaches were quiet. Had a lovely time!

Thank You

Cozy 3 bedroom on quiet canal off Shinnecock Bay, great location for paddle boarding, kayaking and proximity to ocean beaches. Nice deck and BBQ grill, ideal for summer getaway.

Hampton's Hopping

The vacation property was just what we anticipated-quiet, good accommodations, water view, nearby beaches and plenty of good shopping and great restaurants. We loved it and our children who are young adults loved it too!

We are a family of four, we have two grown children and have been coming to the Hamptons for over twenty years.

We bought our home a few years ago after renting every summer in the Hamptons. We love water sports, especially sailing, and this was the perfect spot! Our kids can walk to the bay, and the ocean beaches are a quick car or boat ride away. We are able to keep two boats at our dock, a 22 foot runabout and a lazer sailboat. There is nothing like the natural beauty of the Hampton's beaches. Cooper Beach in Southampton has been repeatedly voted one of the top beaches in the US. We also love the fun nightlife the Hamptons has to offer, there is never a lack of something fun to do. The kids feel the same, there are endless activities to keep them busy from day into night.
