We’re Luciana and Dave, a married couple who found our dream escape in this peaceful waterfront oasis. Luciana is a creative influencer, artist, and designer; Dave works in media technology, is a talented photographer, and an amazing chef. Together, we bring creativity, craftsmanship, and hospitality to everything we do.

We purchased this hidden gem five years ago and instantly fell in love with the breathtaking water views and calming energy. Located just under 90 minutes from NYC, it felt like the perfect sanctuary—close to the city, yet a world away.

Over the years, we’ve lovingly renovated the property inside and out, doing all the work ourselves. One of our favorite features is the unique multi-level deck—perfect for sunbathing, dining, and soaking in the natural beauty. We’ve also cultivated an organic garden that produces fresh vegetables well into the fall, which we’re always happy to share with our guests.

This special place offers incredible sunsets, peaceful moments in nature, and a chance to truly recharge. On clear nights, the sky lights up with stars—an experience that feels truly magical. We hope you’ll love it as much as we do.

In the summer, we’ve watched dolphins swim just beyond our bulkhead and bald eagles soar overhead. You can catch fresh seafood right from the bulkhead or dig for clams steps from the house—it's a true coastal experience.
