A complete gateway

We are a family of four that looked for the perfect getaway from hectic city life. The beach house was just that. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the owner, Maria, was easy and she was always available for us. While the house is in a quiet low traffic area, it is also just a few min drive from town which was perfect. We will hopefully come back again as the weather gets warmer.

Perfect Getaway

Our 5th time staying here! Love the view, the ability to walk out the door and be on the beach, the easy access to restaurants and stores, and the clean, cozy and comfortable house. Our dog loves it too!

Breathtaking sunset views

The home was clean and neat, in a secluded area. The host was responsive and kind. The beach views were unforgettable. It was a very relaxing stay. My 4 year old loved it. Would love to stay again soon.

Fantastic Home and Area

We were used to the Cape but this house made us change our regular vacationing spot. Great location without a ton of people. Close by wineries and other good places to eat. The home is well maintained and has the right amount of space. Can’t beat being on the beach.

Fantastic stay

A lovely house in an amazing location with very friendly next door neighbours. We had great fun using the kayak and paddle board. Maria was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We would love to go back.

Beautiful getaway for Anniversary

Special place to go on your 30th Anniversary with the views being amazing and the private beach to yourself. All the wineries so close and the farm stands were amazing.The sunset was the icing on the cake for this trip. We will definitely be back. Thank you Maria for this special opportunity.

Home away from home

This property is spectacular. The house faces the water. You can relax and enjoy the view or take a long walk. The neighborhood is quiet.

A fantastic location right by the sound

It was a very relaxing stay with incredible views of the sound and the most beautiful sunset I’ve seen in that part of the world. The check in process was super easy and the cottage very comfortable.

Amazing Getaway on the Sound!

Maria's house is an amazing, quiet getaway directly on a private beach of the LI Sound! Even though we came in the winter, it's still amazing to have the beach right outside the glass sliding doors of the living/dining room. Highly recommended for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy the lovely North Fork wine country. Can't wait to book again!

Peaceful beauty

We love coming to the Northfork in the off season. This property is clean, comfortable and cozy with everything you need. Listening to the waves, watching the seagulls and walking the beach with no one around melts your stress instantly!

Cozy Beachfront Cottage Getaway

Our stay at this lovely beachfront cottage was wonderful. It truly offered us the peaceful, quiet retreat we were searching for, and we could not have asked for a better location or more beautiful sunsets. We truly felt at home and are truly sad to leave!
