Recently remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit in the Beach Cottage! This unit is located directly in the center of building II with a direct view of the Gulf from our spacious balcony! Both the living room and master bedroom have direct access to the balcony and gorgeous views!
Wood plank tile throughout the condo.
Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, cambria countertop with breakfast bar.
Master Bedroom is spacious with a King Bed, large walk in closet, smart tv and direct access to the balcony. Master Bath has double sinks and a spacious walk-in shower.
Guest Bedroom has 2 queen beds, large closet, and smart tv. The guest bath has a tub/shower combo.
Living room has a sleeper/sofa, loveseat, chair electric fireplace and large smart tv.
Other amenities include FREE Wi-Fi, full size washer and dryer in unit, books, games, beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella available for your use.
Exterior Features: Assigned covered parking space included with plenty of guest parking available. The beach has white, silky soft sand and a volleyball area. There is a large heated pool and spa, gas grill station, outdoor showers/restrooms and a very large pool deck with plenty of loungers tables and chairs. Close to restaurants, shopping, bird sanctuary, Clearwater beach, St. Pete, I-271 and the airports.

very nice place. Had a very good stock of paper products etc don't usually find.I would definitely check out whats there before going to store.Would definitely book again.

Beautiful unit. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Every amenity was provided, including beach equipment and kitchen and laundry essentials. Gorgeous view of pool and ocean from living room and master bedroom. Linda and John were always available and quickly responsive to any questions. They made us feel very welcome. We will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Linda and John were wonderful hosts, super nice people, very communicative, and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo is beautifully updated, very clean, the view from the balcony is breathtaking and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed.Loved our stay, and will for sure be returning! Can’t wait to go back!

We loved it here. The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and a balcony. It was very clean. Inside it has a coastal theme and is very nicely decorated. The host and hostess were especially nice and quick to respond to any questions. It is on the 4th floor so we had to take an elevator down and walk through the parking garage to get to the beach. The beach itself is beautiful.

The condo was perfect with beautiful views and the host was so accommodating! The beach supplies (chairs, toys, cooler, etc) were so helpful as we flew and were not able to pack our own. Indian Shores is a great area, close to restaurants and shopping. We would highly recommend!

Spring break

Very enjoyable, very relaxing with lots to do for those that like the beach or many other activities (we tried kayaking, golfing and biking). Not too frantic and great restaurants too.

5 Stars – Perfect Beach Getaway!

Our stay was absolutely perfect—exactly what we needed! The property was spotless and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, from beach towels and chairs to all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The ocean view was incredible—such a treat to wake up to every day. The hosts were amazing: attentive, responsive, and truly made us feel welcome. If we’re ever back in the area, we’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED

This condo smelled so nice and clean. It was clean and stocked better than any other we've ever stayed in. The owners were very friendly and very quick to respond with any questions/concerns we had. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back.

Holiday Happiness

My family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this location. Would love to come again in the future. Linda went above and beyond helping with suggestions for restaurants and checking in to make sure everything was going well. Definitely suggest giving it a try to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation!

Great Condo & Beautiful Views!

Linda is a wonderful host who was very thorough in her communication with us and checked in during our trip to make sure everything was going well! The condo is beautifully updated and very comfortable for our family of five. We would definitely stay here again and can’t wait to come back!

Excellent is the only word to describe what a wonderful condo.

From first booking to end last day of our stay everything was excellent. It would easily sleep 6 people and the kitchen had every gadget that you would possibly need. The bed in the main bedroom was so good you didn’t want to get up.

Amazing!

This has been our favorite place to stay in all our years of family beach vacations. View was amazing, condo had any and everything you needed, condo seating and beds were comfortable, easy/quick walk to the beach, and Linda was always quick to respond when we had questions. We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful Place!!!!!! You will not be disappointed.

This unit has everything that you need and more for your trip. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. was nice to have available. Very clean and great view. Linda was there to answer all questions and very quick to respond. They even checked in to make sure that everything was good. Will definitely stay here again.

Take us back!

We had a lovely time. The location right on the beach was great, and having all the beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc on hand was very convenient. Linda was very friendly and helpful, and communication was a breeze. We also appreciated the modern decor in the condo unit and the comfy beds. Thank you!

The Beach Cottage is well maintained and one of the nicest properties in the area. The pool deck is huge, the beach is fantastic and the weather is unbeatable. This condo has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation.

This condo is situated directly in the center of building II facing the Gulf so you can't beat the view! Best time to have a direct view of the sunset is in December and January but the view is great yearround!
