Welcome to Ouray and welcome to our historic cottage built in 1889.

Updated in 2018, this quaint 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home is perfectly located only one block from Main Street on the south end of town near the Ice Park and Box Canyon Falls. The home has a 50" Smart TV, wireless internet, a ready to cook-in kitchen and a washer and dryer for guest use. The house also has a huge grassy yard, views in all directions, and plenty of parking for jeeps, truck and trailer combo, etc. The house has 2 bedrooms and sleeps four guests.

We walked into the adorable little green house in Ouray CO & were instantly impressed! Clean, cozy & comfortable, well equipped spacious kitchen too!! Sweet front & back porches we had our coffee on watching a deer eat the flowers in the yard! Surrounded by impressive mountains & shops & restaurants minutes away, everything walkable!!All in all this little green house made our stay in beautiful Ouray even more enjoyable! Would definitely recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, historic cottage. The house was very clean & kitchen well stocked. The extra toilet/sink in the laundry room was a plus.Beautiful view out the front door, location was perfect, easy walk to Main Street.Rhonda was quick to respond to us with our questions. Only issue was several of the blinds could not be opened.

Reserved this place for my parents as a vacation get away. They loved it and walked into town for everything. They mentioned it was spacious and cozy.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. So nice to have our own little house for our days in stunning Ouray. The cottage is very comfortable, well stocked, and decorated charmingly. I think the pictures don't quite do it justice. The location could not be better - a very short walk to the main drag with all the restaurants & cafes. One of the hot springs in town is literally across the street and quite nice. We walked from the cottage up 5th Avenue to Box Canon. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the Box Canyon. My 80 year old mother even made the hike across the upper bridge. (very slowly!) This house is very well located to do anything in Ouray withing walking distance. Visit the Orvis Hot Springs in Ridgeway, for sure!

A perfect property to experience the town and the local offerings! An easy walk to explore town, shop, hot spring or eat. Walk to local attractions or hiking trails. Easy day trip to further hikes, National Park, and Million Dollar Highway drive.

Impossibly cute house, within walking distance to everything you need.Hot springs resort right across the street which we took full advantage of. The host was always available and the house was perfect for our stay.

Excellent place to stay in Ouray! Everything provided along with beach towels for the hot springs. Deer bedded down in back yard. Just a short walk to main street. Perfect!
