Great location. Had everything we need for the few days we were there. Within walking distance of downtown and the hot springs.

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The townhouse is very clean and well appointed. It really felt like home; nice and cozy. Sitting on the back deck and listening to the roar of the river was our favorite part. The beds are extremely firm, but we would definitely rebook if we return to Ouray.

Great location and clean. Very quick access to everything Ouray has to offer. My only suggestion for the host would a runner for the stairs. We are respectful of a no shoes household but one of us did slip and fall on the stairs.

Convenient & Clean!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was a perfect place for my wife and I to stay on our trip to Ouray. 100 meters from the public hot springs. Also, just outside of town enough where you can easily get downtown and far enough where the daily town 12:00 siren is hard to hear. Many people who stay in town are unaware of these sirens when they decide to book their stay so just fyi. So glad we chose this property!

Great views of the mountains. Very clean with amenities that you need Right off the perimeter trail. There was parking right next to the house. My husband loved the view from the couch looking up into the mountains. We would stay here again. The only thing we missed was air conditioning the first day, the. It cooled off. Also be aware that this has 2 flights of stairs to get to the bedrooms, if that’s a concern for you.

We love coming to Ouray and this is the perfect townhome for our visit! It was very clean, beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We ate breakfast every morning on the deck overlooking the river and soaking in all the beauty. We had a bear visit us every night knocking over everyone’s trash cans. He finally succeeded opening our can on the last night. The host even provided towels for the hot springs pool which was a nice touch. We will definitely be staying here again!

The property was beautiful and as pictured. It was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well supplied for our needs (cooking breakfast and coffee). For coffee there was a Keurig (with a milk frother) a French press, an instant water pot and a drip coffee maker, so we were set for coffee!!The condo is 3 floors, so quite a few steps. A terrific full size washer and dryer set was on the floor level, kitchen, living room, half bath and patio over the river were on the second floor and master, second bathroom and full bath were on the third floor. The unit is on the end so lots of windows looking towards the mountains.Was a very quiet stay, amazing temperatures in early October. The only thing I didn’t find was a laundry basket, but it may have been there somewhere. Thanks for a terrific stay!

Clean, very close to a couple trails and the hot springs (walking distance). They provided some towels for the fam. Nice place. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay! The place had everything we needed. There are a lot of stairs but we didn’t mind. The one downfall is the dirt parking lot. It’s pretty muddy in the winter.

Lovely place beside Ouray Hot Springs beside the river. A little challenging for "super seniors" because of the stairs. After lugging our bags to the 3rd floor, we could relax. Location is great,
