Cozy Studio with beautiful open private yard. WiFi speedy internet connect multiple devices, Apple TV in room with Netflix Hulu Starz and more. Air conditioned and heated. Ceiling fan by remote, and kitchen is equipped for cooking and eating with coffee maker and complimentary coffee and sugar. My place is very comfortable and can be relaxing . You can watch a movie with the Apple TV, do your work on your laptop with the high speed WiFi service, make or order yourself something to eat. The yard is completely private and peaceful feel free to use as needed. Our studio is thoroughly cleaned using disinfect products. All knobs and surface are wiped. White vinegar is used on carpets and walls. We ask that you use clean healthy habits while staying with us. This is a private studio. Not shared

Great location for us attending a wedding in Pasadena. Clean and comfortable with lovely, private backyard, good security and lighting. Enjoyed the little things: good shower pressure, quality ceiling fan for circulation and white noise. Happened to meet the host Michael, who was warm, friendly and a good communicator. We would book again!

We were very comfortable in Michael’s spacious, recently renovated studio. We were glad to have a full bathroom and kitchen. The space was stylish and clean. The WiFi was strong. The neighborhood was safe and attractive. We had no problems. We look forward to staying there again.

Rose Parade trip

Quiet, good linens. Entry could be way easier by saying where the lockbox is on each white gate.The notes about caring for the place were a bit condescending and the host came across as rude. I also run a Vbro.

Great, little home base

Fantastic space for a little get away, just the two of us. Easy access to the freeway, but a nice, quiet street. 10/10 would stay again

Quiet neighborhood

It was just what my son was looking for, it was very comfortable and his daughter was very happy spending time here in California. They will be back next year and want to stay there again.

Traveling with my pet

Stayed here for three days of visiting friends in the area host was very good at communication. The space was just described. It was clean well stocked With all the amenities. Definitely book this place again.

Dirty apartment

The apartment was unclean. Extremely dusty, dead bugs in cabinets, other people's clothes in the closet, dirty shower. We had to leave the apartment within the first hour due to a severe dust allergy. Owner only refunded 40% of the trip despite our not staying there any day/night and his own acknowledgment that the apartment was dirty. A Vrbo representative also confirmed the condition of the apartment was unacceptable. Be aware that although 3 parking spaces are mentioned in the listing, the spot we were given was on the grass next to a main street.

Perfect for two!

This was a beautiful property to stay at. Everything we needed was in this unit for us to comfortably enjoy our trip. Would book again if we are to come back to the Los Angeles area

Great Location and Wonderful Host

This was our second stay with Michael. His communication was always prompt and helpful-he made us feel right at home. The unit has all that you need for a comfy stay. The property is perfectly set up for ease of access and the outdoor space is nicely landscaped with mature plantings that create a private serene experience.

A great spot!

We enjoyed our stay. Our pets loved it, it was private, cozy, and was true to the advertisement. The only thing was the heater was too hot and would continue to heat past the setting. We had to turn it off and use the AC to cool the room down. The onsite manager was readily available and we met the owner, Ronald who was extremely kind and so nice to talk to. We would stay again! Thank you!

Wir waren super zufrieden ! Auch die Kommunikation zwischen uns und dem Vermieter der Unterkunft war immer super und unkompliziert auch wie Probleme während des Aufenthalts auftraten wurden diese ihm gemeldet und innerhalb kürzester Zeit umgehend behoben . Wir wurden bestens umsorgt ! Wenn wir nochmal nach Los Angeles kommen, werden wir sofort dort wieder buchen .

Michael and Russell was easy to work with and they made our stay very smooth. they were quick in responding with my inquiries and last minute changes. They accommodate us even with our 2 dogs. our fur babies love their yard and our (hooman & fur babies) stay was comfortable. the place has everything we need for our 4 days trip.

Refreshing Stay

I have already bookmarked this studio if I ever need to stay in this area again as I really enjoyed my time here! Michael is a wonderful host and communicated well. The studio is exactly as pictured, very clean and provides what you need. The area was nice and great to explore.
