It was wonderful. Our huge extended family had plenty of space. The location was close to all of the frun attractions. We definitely recommend this home.

This is a beautiful home with lots of space for people to spread out. There were plenty of bedrooms for our group of 10. We really enjoyed the pool table and foosball and little extras like puzzles and games around the house. We wish there was not an extra charge to use propane for the grill, and it would have been nice to have more kitchen dish towels (2 provided), dishwasher pods (2 provided), and toilet paper (1 roll/bathroom provided) available, or to know ahead of time what the “starter pack” included. Otherwise it was an excellent stay and the spaces allowed us to enjoy ourselves, even though it rained our entire trip and kept us at the house. Thanks for sharing your home!

Great home with lots of indoor and outdoor space for the entire family. ( 6 adults and 5 children). We all enjoyed the hot tub as well. Wonderful location for that area and all the sights.

This house is a complete joy to stay in. The view is spectacular and the house is wonderfully set. Great kitchen and great sitting areas to relax. The weather was perfect for being outside and would certainly love to stay there again if we return to Banner Elk area. Could not have selected a more perfect place.

We had an amazing time. We really enjoyed the living area to hangout. The property is very nice with amazing views and location.Cons- kitchen area was not clean, coffee machines had mold and appliances need upgrade.

Thank you for your review, we always appreciate positive feedback. as far as the appliances, the oven is brand new the dishwasher, coffee pot and toaster this year. The coffee pots are cleaned throughout after each stay and we provide both reg coffee and kuerig machine. Had we known or been brought to your attention we would have sent someone over immediately.

Loved being close to so many activities we wanted to complete. House was secluded and quiet. A few issues but all seemed due to weather. Would recommend this place and hope to come back during a different season. House was stocked with household items so not a ton of room for items we brought/purchased but was able to make do.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Even with a rainy week, the spacious home provided lots of room for games, puzzles, quiet reading spaces, pool, and lovely deck views. The amazing outdoor kitchen was a big hit and provided wonderful family meals. The property has easy access and plenty of parking. We also enjoyed having a great grocery store close by. Hope to enjoy another stay there soon.

The perfect modern cabin in the woods

Stayed here with a few friends for a long weekend and it was exactly what we wanted. Owners were great, house was great. 10 out of 10, would visit again.

Beautiful Family Friendly Cabin

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful cabin. It was large enough for our family to get together and have plenty of space. We lived the game room and outdoor activities. Plenty to do right there and have lots of family fun!

Perfect for multi family

This was perfect for our group. Each family had their own space but we were able to come together for meals both inside and out. The location was perfect too.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed for my dad's 70th and it was probably one of the best family vacations we've had! Great location, cozy large house, wonderful amenities. Loved the pizza oven, hot tub, and especially the large kitchen breakfast table! Hope to do it again next year :)

Annual family snowboarding vacation

This was our second visit to the Casa de la Rosa. Beautiful snow-filled vacation. Loved looking at the view from the large front window overlooking the snowy lawn. Property manager and owner were very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend this spacious property.

Denver Group mountain getaway

Lovely house in beautiful setting. outdoor area is superb. A few minor repairs would make this house perfect. I would rent this house again.

Beautiful Weekend to Celebrate

This home was gorgeous, well furinished, and provided plenty of space for the friends staying. The outdoor area was better than expected- we got amazing use out of the pizza oven and the outdoor dining table was perfect to share a meal. I can’t recommend this property enough.
