You are on your own parcel of land, with nearby Narraganset Beach and Scarborough, everything is a short drive away !

Guests will have access to the entire property and its outdoor spaces.

The perfect home for a family or couple to enjoy the Rhode Island summer & beach life ! The home comes equipped with everything you need for the perfect vacation ! Stocked kitchen, wifi , flat screen tv, deck with patio furniture, a gas Webber grill and a fire pit in the back for s'mores :) And extensive private parking on site.

This private oasis is perfect for having evening BBQ's and enjoying a drink on your deck. The beach is a little over a mile away and only a half mile to the coast. Nearby Tennis courts, playgrounds, mini-golf, restaurants and nightlife makes for a perfect vacation!

A Perfect place to stay when you're in town to see the RI Philharmonic on Narragansett beach, Newport Jazz Fest, Newport Folk fest or just to practice your surfing and fishing in Narragansett this summer :)

This little cottage is located about 200 feet from the property line and surrounded by woods on all sides. There is very minimal white noise in the deck area from cars on the road. Please note, due to this property being situated in a serene woodsy setting, it might not always be the right choice for people with allergies or lung sensitivity issues. Cute, convenient cottage halfway between Narragansett and Point Judith. However, it has fallen into disrepair, has serious bug issues, and has air quality issues which require the AC to be run constantly and a dehumidifier to be monitored daily. The management company did work with me to address issues in the short-term, but overall, this property needs to have the roof fixed, indoor and outdoor extermination, and checked for mold/mildew prior to being rented again.

Narragansett hideaway

This little house completely met our needs. It was close to everything in Narragansett that we wished to experience, and the stay was in our budget. The decor was a bit different than the online pictures which was a bit bewildering to us but it didn't adversely affect our stay. The sound of traffic while sitting on the deck was a bit of a surprise but once inside, you could not hear it. None of this was truly an issue for us because we spent the most of our daytime hours exploring the beautiful beaches and Narragansett Bay. The kitchen was set up with enough accessories should one decide to cook a small meal, but we enjoyed most meals at restaurants partaking seafood fare. There is no shortage of things to do. Close access to gas, groceries, restaurants. It is only about a quick 30 minute trip to Newport. Check in was easy and the host was readily available by text or phone. The property is dog friendly, though we didn't bring ours on this trip. Dog friendly accommodations are not always easy to find, especially when booking later than one really should for popular destinations such as coastal Rhode Island. Thank you for being a memorable part of our stay.

Nice home

Everything was great, the check in and out process, the location. The only issue was the smell inside the home. The smell was of very strong moth balls, especially in the bathroom. The smell was offensive, if we kept the bathroom door closed it lessened the smell somewhat. Other than that, nice property.

Instructions

The cottage is decorated very nice. We were not aware that we would need to monitor and empty the dehumidifier, but we did. There was heat on so the air conditioners were battling with it. Did inform the management. Some little things like kleenex in the rooms and bath and dishwasher pods would have been nice. instructions on the use of the ROKU TV too. Management was quick to respond to my call. The photo of the L R is not acccurate. some changes

I stayed at the property with my three children and my dog. The location was great. It was close to everything. It was on a busy street with a lot of traffic. The house is set in the back so it wasn't loud. The property was clean. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. I didn't notice any odor that past guests complained about. It was inconvenient not to have a washer and dryer. Also there were a lot of those pincher bugs crawling on the walls. Other than that we had a great time and I would rent this property again.

ADORABLE

This house is sooo cute and in its own little world. You may be right off a main rd but once you get in the drive way your in your own oasis. Lee has everything set up for you and i loved how cute it was! Everything was accessible from the house from beaches to restaurants.

Immaculate Cottage

Nicely renovated cottage. Well-stocked kitchen. Location is extremely convenient to the Block Island Ferry, the Town Beach, and Sprague Park. There are several nearby public tennis courts, including Sprague Park (which has lights). Lee (the property manager) is very responsive. The outside property is spacious and beautiful. The hydrangeas were in full bloom. You can hear passing cars on the road so it is not silent.

Nice place but not the most convenient

The house is well maintained. It does not have a washer/dryer but the owners have since removed that from the listing. The owner was responsive to our messages. There wasn't a whole lot of information about what to do with trash or check-out procedures so, hopefully, we did what needed to be done. The house is secluded but the driveway opens right to the highway so it is not convenient to walk many places and can be difficult to make a left during high traffic times. It functioned well as a place for us to rest at night.

Absolutely amazing!

This house has everything you could ever want! Super comfy, great location, and super clean! I didn’t want to leave. The host was also very nice, friendly and responsive! HIGHLY recommended.
