We enjoyed our stay. The living and dining area and kitchen were especially nice. Also nice to be so close to the beach and lots of places we went to. This was our first visit to Rhode Island, but absolutely not our last.

The house was clean and properly supplied with everything we needed. We arrived early and the host was very nice and let us check in an hour early.

Clean and comfortable. Beautifully tucked away in wooded area with easy access to anything you needed. Stayed 2 days for fishing trip, no problem parking 2 larger vehicles. Excellent trip will definitely look into staying for next trip.

Very peaceful location!

We truly enjoyed our stay! It is very close to several beautiful beaches, including the Charlestown Beachway, which we all love. Another favorite feature was the deck. It was so quiet and peaceful!

Perfect for our family

The property was exactly as advertised. Clean and orderly upon check-in, close to the beach and other attractions, and easy to check-in and check-out. I would recommend to others.

Comfy Home great time

We stayed for a week in mid July. My wife, kids, Brother and his family had an amazing time. The house was clean, comfortable and cozy.

This was a wonderful place to gather for a URI graduation. Sleeps 6 comfortably, all the kitchen accessories we needed, grill, fire pit. Very relaxing!

Home away from home

Our family of 6 were able to thoroughly enjoy our small trip down to Rhode Island. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The grill was a plus as well as the outdoor shower to get rid of sand when coming back from the beach. I would definitely consider staying here again due to the affordable pricing and close proximity to the beaches nearby.

Perfect location for Rhythm and Roots Festival

We attended this years Rhythm and Roots Festival at Ninigret Park in Charlestown. This is a perfect location for that. It's also a perfect location to explore the amazing coast of Rhode Island. We had a wonderful stay. The place was very clean and everything was as advertised. Thank you!

Quaint neighborhood

The house was as described. The house was clean and tidy in a quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive for any issues or questions we had. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Family vacation

The property was nice and quiet, very relaxing sitting on the deck. Neighbors were friendly. House was clean, spacious and the washer and dryer were a huge plus. Not far from the beach. Easy to get ahold of the owner when having questions. Would stay there again.

Great short vacation

Nice quiet area, the house had everything we needed for our visit. It was clean and well organized, the main area had lots of natural light and was very comfortable. We would definitely come back. The kids (age10) are asking to stay longer next year- The location is a close drive to beaches and restaurants. Would recommend this house and hope to return

Good overflow house

We used marks house to supplement our own house in the area to accommodate our large family on vacation. Its location was close , the outdoor shower was great and mark was easy to contact with issues. I’d rent it again.

Perfect getaway

What a beautiful house centrally located to so much but yet tucked away in the woods. Kitchen and living room so inviting and decorated with such love. Bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. Porch and fire pit were again just wonderful. House had everything you needed within reach. So close to our daughter’s school, the beach, parks, shopping and more. Mark is an amazing host and hope we can return again soon.
