Sylvia was very easy to communicate with for our stay and she was understanding when didn’t see the initial pet fee. We hope to come stay again!!

Great little spot away from the hectic gameday hubby but convenient to get to everything stress free. Perfect for kids to be able to go outside while parents relax witnout worry. .

We stayed from 12/26 to 1/1 and it was excellent. Well located, quiet, and peaceful. We had all we needed and more.

Loved the tiny house. Everything we expected. Pet friendly since we had our dog with us. Was attending a wedding in College Station at 7F Lodge. Commute was perfect. Even since 1st game for Texas A & M was on Saturday too. Will stay again if we ever need to stay in College Station. It was very quiet & peaceful. Hostess was very accommodating. We needed a late checkout. Thank you.

This place was amazing and the host was the best. Very clean and nice place. Definitely staying here again. The host communicates well with us. Love it. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful and very peaceful area. The cottage was adorable and very clean. Beds very comfortable. The kids loved the loft area! Highly recommended!!!

Weekend in Aggieland

We came down to catch a couple of Aggie baseball games and this was perfect place to stay for the family. Great property outside of town if you prefer a country setting and some peace and quiet to start and end the day.

Perfect little weekend getaway

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming little country cabin! It was quaint, cozy, and exactly what we were hoping for. The amenities were fantastic—everything we needed was provided, and the cabin itself was just perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway. Thank you for a great experience

Wonderful stay in a beautiful setting!

We had a wonderful time. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were extremely nice and made sure to check if there was anything we needed. The setting is gorgeous and it was convenient to get to College Station, many of the other sites to see in the Brazos Valley and for a day trip to Houston.

Tiny House, Big Heart

We loved staying in this tiny house that actually felt surprisingly big. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a short visit to College Station area. The location is very quiet and relaxing, but is only a short drive to all the hustle and bustle of College Station.

Nice little place in the country

Cute and comfy tiny house, out in the country but still convenient to College Station. Clean and well stocked. Would definitely recommend.

It was just what we needed to relax and rest. This house is very comfortable, beautiful and cozy. We had the best time, enjoying the country life.
