The light rail is two blocks away from the townhouse, making commuting in and out of the city center easy and affordable. There are also many bus stops just a few blocks from the townhome. Access to the I-25 and 70 freeways are also only a few blocks away.

This new and modern townhouse boasts high-end finishes throughout, is beautifully furnished from floor to ceiling, and is CHBO complete. Guests have access to two parking spaces in an attached garage, as well as AC, central heating, washer and dryer, wireless internet, and printer. There is also a lockbox for easy access into the townhome.

Extra sheets, blankets, and pillows are fully stocked in the third floor linen closet.

There are 3 complete bathrooms plus powder room in this townhouse. The third-floor master bedroom has a master bath with a walk-in shower and a walk-in master closet. The third-floor second bedroom has a detached full bathroom with tub. The Flex Room on the ground floor also comes with a complete bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower.

There is a spacious living room with a large flat-screen TV, comfortable couch, chairs, and throw blankets. The Roku television is equipped with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO Max, etc. There is a small fireplace to keep the space cozy and warm no matter the weather outside. There is also an abundance of games and puzzles in the console under the TV.
