Denver short trip

The residence was great and exactly what was needed to pick up my family and a safe place for my dogs and I to stay while I had appointments in Denver. Quiet and clean. Would recommend!

Short Tour of Denver

This VRBO was perfect for my family since we were exploring different areas of Denver. My son is moving to Denver and this place allowed a central place to look at other Denver Neighborhoods. We enjoyed the VRBO that we extended our stay an extra day. Highly recommended

It sounds like the perfect spot for your family's trip, especially with the extra day to explore! It's always nice when you find a place that’s not only convenient but also comfortable enough to want to stay longer. Plus, being centrally located for checking out different neighborhoods is a huge bonus!

Chic interior

Easy entry and clean property interior. Stylish decor and nice beds/baths/kitchen. Outside space needs attention. It wouldn't take much to elevate the look and feel of the 2 shabby outdoor spaces.

Good news, bad news. Good news:The space was thoughtfully laid out and worked well for my daughter and I. The second cleaning crew spent 1.5 hours doing a second cleaning and were very nice.Bad news:There were numerous problems with missing items throughout the house that were not fully resolved. For example, the two barstools in the kitchen were dirty, and had animal hair on the seats. We were told we would get new barstools, but they never arrived. As another example, all of the cushions of the outdoor chairs were missing.The kitchen was not well stocked – – for example, only three bowls and two forks – – and missing many common cooking utensils. Air Simplicity did a poor job running this property.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re truly sorry that parts of your stay did not meet expectations, particularly regarding cleanliness, missing items, and furnishings. As soon as these issues were brought to our attention, we sent a second cleaning team the very next day to address the concerns, and we also replaced the duvet and outdoor cushions to resolve what was missing. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the barstools not being replaced as communicated. This should have been handled better on our end. We’ve since reviewed our processes, reinforced our inventory and pre-arrival inspection checks, and worked with our teams to ensure the home is properly stocked and prepared moving forward. We appreciate you noting that the layout worked well for you and your daughter, and we’re grateful for your feedback, as it helps us improve and provide a better experience in the future.
