Nestled in a wooded plot off a private drive in Arkville, NY. Our newly renovated all season chalet is located 8 minutes from Belleayre Ski Center and some of the best hiking New York State has to offer.
Perfect for the family getaway. Lofted ceilings with lots of light and open floorplan. The property is off private drive with ample parking, a large deck with BBQ grill. Air conditioning makes your stay perfect when it heats up in summer. We have a loft that acts as a 4th bedroom.

We had such a wonderful stay at Lulu Lodge! It is such a comfortable home, beautifully decorated and with a kitchen that has everything you could possibly need for cooking for a group. The kids and adults alike loved the games and puzzles, and you can’t beat the location! Centrally located to many hikes, close to swimming holes and a quick car ride to a bunch of different towns to wander the shops and eat. We’ve stayed a bunch of places in the Catskills and felt like this was a real gem!

We absolutely loved this house and hope to stay there again soon. Everything was as pictured - cozy and thoughtfully decorated, stocked with everything we needed. Proximity to activities was awesome, especially for little kids that had to come home and nap. Speaking of kids, the host was super accommodating when it came to offering a pack n play, high chair, etc... Many thanks!! 3

The property was clean and ready for us when we got there. There were some minor issues with the place. The television is located in the loft and only 1 person can really get comfortable watching it, maybe should be located in living room. The grill wasn't clean I had to clean before using it.

Thank you for hosting us at Lulu. Super cozy spot and very clean. The hosts were extremely timely with messages, before, during and after the stay. They left us with all the information you need to navigate lighting, fireplace, restaurants, etc. My wife and out friends highly recommend staying at Lulu Lodge. The Carmen's

Loved Lulu Lodge - it was very well equipped, great layout, nicely decorated, clean, comfortable, so easy to settle right in. The master bedroom is really pleasant with a very comfortable bed and plenty of space. The kitchen is well equipped with pretty everything you would need. The deck was a plus - particularly in the evenings. I also recommend the location - although somewhat close to neighbors, not at all an issue and easy to get to great hikes, swimming holes, restaurants, shopping, farmers markets, etc. Allyn and Matt were extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. My husband and I have been to many rentals and this one is one of our favorites. Would love to come back!

We love the area because it has something to offer in every season. Summer is fantastic for hiking and exploring, fall is the most beautiful season and we ski every winter.

in the summertime our home is surrounded by trees and I feel like I’m in a treehouse. In the winter time, it’s the perfect setting for falling snow. I love to sit in front of the fire and watch the snow fall. We are close to town and we are close to skiing, it’s the place I go to relax and enjoy friends and family.
